Rohas I hope you can answer a question using this brand can I add my own VPN Express VPN I want to add a secondary IPTV service using tivimate. I know in the box there's an vpn option and a secondary option to add 3rd party vpn . I was told these boxes don't support the use of a VPN is that true!

This service didn't auto-play when watching a series, making me exit and re-enter the series multiple times just to get the next episode to start. When it finally did, it took well over a minute to load and sometimes wouldn't play at all. The user-friendliness left a lot to be desired.
Some apps don't auto play. It's not really a big deal to back up and click the next episode

I have the V1 Pro. All of the sudden my remote does not work. Would anyone know how to fix it? I did put in new batteries and it still does not work.
Also, my HEAT LIVE will play video for 30 secs. to a minute and then crash. Need help on that too.

A VPN is not going to help. Its their shitty servers. And unless they upgrade those shitty servers your shit out of luck. Learn how to install an IPTV service youll be better off.

When it eventually did start, it took more than a minute to load, and sometimes it wouldn't play at all. The user-friendliness aspect was severely lacking

When I tried to contact their customer support, they simply vanished and started laying blame. Their one-year warranty? It's a mockery - they won't provide a replacement or make an effort to determine the problems.

I purchased an extra remote for backup, and they are absolutely lousy. Trying to scroll right often mutes the sound, and navigating the guide to go up can randomly take you to channel 9 on the live app. I'm not sure if it's the remote's fault, but when changing channels on the live app, it frequently freezes.

How do I stop it from freezing up while watching movies? We need to back out of the movie and get back in to get rid of the freeze.
I couldn't figure that out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I noticed heat vod randomly does that for like a day or 2 and then it works fine. For me, it seems to do it maybe twice a month.

Good video looks good but not sure about these type of TV Boxes,and the price put's me off.
The VSee Box is a copycat device that offers nothing new or innovative. It's a rehash of other streaming devices that have already been done better. I don't think it will be around for very long.

Nvidia's performance far surpasses this box, and it comes at a much more reasonable price. They may try to entice you with the promise of free TV for life, but take a moment to consider if that's a feasible offering.

I bought this thing straight from the company, and it's a lemon. It's got issues non-stop. When I tried reaching out to customer support, they just ghosted me and played the blame game. Initially, this product worked well for a couple of months but eventually failed. The customer service team only communicates through chat and was utterly unhelpful, refusing to answer any of my questions.

I'm so sorry I ever bought a VSee Box. It's the worst tech product I've ever owned.
This thing's a bit pricey for what it offers. The processor isn't all that powerful, and it feels like a clone of the Formuler box. Formuler still reigns supreme with better choices and superior software.

I’m interested in the box, right now I have a fire stick. It has an app called premier entertainment. Which I get all the Chanel’s 1300 to be exact. I get my local Chanel’s as well as San Francisco Chanel’s. (Pretty much direct tv channels) The thing is it buffers a lot. Anddddd the guy changed his price again. It was a hundred a year the 200 and now it’s 300.
My question is; does this box come with a tv package?

This is especially annoying when I'm watching a binge-worthy show, as I have to do it over and over again. Even when the auto-play feature does work, it's not very reliable. The episodes often take a long time to load, and sometimes they don't play at all. This is incredibly frustrating, and it makes the VSee Box a very user-unfriendly device.
