@@UltimateDIY We have to count the energy..what's going in and what's going out in Wh...the cells are ok, expected capacity but there are few conversions which of course takes power..first from 5V input (or more) to 4,2V the cells voltage..next from let's say a medium of 3,8V to 5V or more output...I checked other batteries and it's the same story..I consider Hama a good battery, delivers what's promised.

I got the same resuslts with a HAMA 20000mAh..

It's the same for all, but they should be advertised at real usable capacity, not at theoretical values.
