typical '90's segment...look how perfect every thing is. lmao his workshop looks like a kitchen and is as clean as one too. lol thanks for the upload that was sorta interesting
Lmfao! I love watching these old instructional vids! My dad has this very tractor with the 20 hp Kohler. He bought it second hand, and that was like 10 years ago. Its always out in the rain, snow sun and whatever.. The paint is flat. The stickers are all peeling and faded. But it always fires right up with no problems!
My Neighbor had the same 96 model Craftsman 15.5 H.P. It didn't have the knob for lower & raising the deck it has a Lever. We own the Original 2000 Craftsman LT 1000 20 H.P. V Twin OHV
Here in 2022. We have the 18HP version of the GT6000, bought & used in the early-mid 1990's. Unfortunately there is an electrical issue on it, so it hasn't been used in over 5 years, maybe closer to 7-8 years. Hopefully I might be able to figure it out. I have already revived my 35-year old gas string trimmer (crumbled old fuel line, etc). But I have 2 old push mowers (1970's & 1980's) that I need to get to first.
I just picked up that same tractor from a friend of mine, for free! Only issue is the front axle cradle is broken out of the frame. I'm in the process of getting it fixed. Otherwise, it is in great condition!
I have that GT but mines special XD have a seat off a DGS 6500 on it a modern 48" inch deck with custom stabilizer bar and a 2000 24hp Kohler pro lol i like my stuff personalized a bit haha
i like that video in a way its funny on the craftsmans alot of that stuff is the same but 1 thanks for the vid i swears the back of our deck is lower ill get out the tape measure and 2 sereosly the spark wires... and they make this sooooo clear they must think a 5 year old is gonna mow... but now ima watch part 2
i like that little wheel on the grass tube i wish my grandpas zero turn bagger had that little wheel on it because it cloggs like crazy and i have to stop like every 5 minutes to unclog the damn thing
I somehow broke my mower. I put the gear to speed 1 but the machine won't move forward or reverse when i move the lever to reverse. Engine is on but I can't move the machine which is weird. It just stopped moving halfway thru cutting the grass. I had to push the mower to the shed. Tell me what Im doing wrong.
I got you beat. I have a 30 year old tractor in perfect condition. Looking for the leaf system for it. Have the trailor. Finding the old system is a night mare. None of the new ones work.

B1
I watch this ever night before bed
The 1985-96 mowers were the best. If you weren't a total dunce those machines just will not die. The latest mowers die if you sneeze too damned hard
7:45 the fbi tells you when bags are full apparently.
I would've thought TSA (Tractor Stuff Agency)

THank you for posting this! I think my family threw out our original video and I want my son to watch it!

And for your added safety the the tractor comes equipped with an operator present system…lol UAP technology
this is just so good
Anybody watching this in 2020
2024! I had one of these things about thirty years ago 😂

If anyone keeps a shop that neat, they're a newb.

This is helpful
I wish I had one of those brand new.
Dun like safeties and i fly over my yard and it still comes out nice but i also have a new style deck under mine
@LynolsOffice did he say the fbi is gonna come if i dont remove the spark plug while clearing the bagger chute LOL
lovin the boots lol

I sure wish my GT6000 was in picture perfect shape, in fact, it's far from it.
Use to have this
lol who has a tractor in their kitchen??
michael berdy that's a 1990s garage
Thought that too. Maybe he traded his wife in for the tractor |:
I have the same tracker but it doesn’t start with snow
well he wants to keep things organized so he wont have to go on a wild goose chase for his tools
The bagger will never work right with a trash bag. You need air flow. A trash bag can't flow air.
Why would you remove the spark plug wire that makes no sense
You really like lawn tractors don't you.
Why would you want to start an engine running full throttle🤔???
I'd prefer the mechanical attachment clutch. The knob on our electric one burned off twice
haha i thought almost the exact same!
its a shop
Wtf? His mower is in the house? Or is that just an elaborate shop?
In his shop
It's a garage. Back in the 80's having a garage styled like that was very popular.
Pull the plug wires? Smh
@LynolsOffice if i was there, i would say, oh no he didnt :-|)
FBI OPEN UP lol
id just turn the deck off
😂
The FBI, lol
Looks like Andrew Cuomo, has a shop that looks like a kitchen
