This song brings up massive summer memories for me. I was home alone for a week and basically lived on pancakes and doctor pepper. I played this song like every day. When I hear it now and close my eyes I can almost feel how happy I was back then. No school, no work, no people. Just me being happy with lots of sunshine. Thank you Panama

I'm truly sorry for your lost I lost my big brother too he was murdered on August 17 when I was working in MN my mom was in prison when he was killed she was so close to come out but she didn't so she didn't get to go the funeral and it sucks because her brithday is in August ♌13th she will never celebrate it the same way without her son again 😢 💔 life has been hell for me and my family my mom was drinking a lot and I was suffering from depression I almost took my life 2 time but I didn't because of my mom

Such a beautiful song. The lyrics are wonderful. It's about not letting go of your youth and don't let the old person cast a dark cloud over you. It's about self preservation and loving yourself. Thanks Panama. I listen to this daily on my epic bike rides around my old neighborhood re doing my paper route when I was a teenager.
Never thought I'd find a really peaceful and calming song on a game that revolves around crime and violence.
It's the same thing every time. The music is all joyful and relaxing, and the accompanying video just straight out of left field.

I was living in Sydney for the year and ended up becoming good friends with the lead singer. He is the most humble, considerate person I have ever met. If you like this song, share it. He deserves plenty of success!

5 years ago I passed my driving test by listening to this song on repeat for 24 hrs beforehand - it was the perfect vibe to keep me alert and focused but not too hyped up, and not too relaxed either. 5 years later, I have an interview later today and I’m listening to it again!

Driving down the highway in the middle of the night with radio mirror park on with this song, always gives me the feels.
few refernces to film Director Michael Angelo Antonioni who made an iconic 1960s film called "Blow Up" its about a London photographer played by actor David Hemmings, who uses a Nikon F camera just like the one the child is using here, in the movie the photographer becomes convinced and obsessed with the notion that he has witnessed a murder of a man in the park by a woman with a gun and that he has accidentally photographed the body lying in the tress except he cant quite see it on his photo so he makes bigger and bigger enlargements and starts to wonder what is real and what is not, and I think he loses sight of reality along the way because near the end of the movie he watches some people playing tennis in the park with imaginary raquets and balls and he gets sucked into the unreality of that scene, in the music video the children are watching TV with wonderment and they are watching a scene from the film with David Hemmings which is playing on the TV screen. Anyway this is a very nice video with great music and I would also recommend the movie "Blow Up" starring David Hemmings and directed by Antonioni.

I was driving my croquette classic to my bunker across the map and with this song tuned in. I was vibing to it and when I accidentally changed the camera to behind I saw my character dancing to it too in his car. I felt great we both felt connected in that moment :D

I didnt like it at first cause its too simple for my taste but i gave it a chance and ended up loving it. I guess you have to reach that certain level of 'indie' to truly appreciate this song and immerse yourself in the lyrics and melody and everything that comes in between. At the risk of sounding poetic, i honestly think this is F*CKING BRILLIANT.
exactlly same here. I thought this song is booring, has simple and old beat etc. But when u watch a video and listen to it more, u find that it's unique...
***** Like the 4/4 piano chords, its just several whole/half notes. And the drums hardly change throughout the song once they set in. Not to say I dislike the song, in fact I love it. It's just a lot of other music like Jazz, metal, classical, folk, etc, changes rhythm/time signatures here and there. Whereas this song doesn't even change key except maybe the twinkly intro. I do get what you're saying about the layers though, they've added in some nice effects and atmosphere to this song to make it shine. There are a lot of amazing simpler songs such as this one, or Get Back by the Beatles, but there are also some amazing complex songs, take Thick as a Brick by Jethro Tull for example. The important thing is that complexity does not indicate the quality of a song.

This song got me through a rough divorce and was part of new memories I created with my dog. Memories of driving with my windows down, my arm out the window flying around in the wind, and my dog riding shotgun. My dog passed away almost 2 years later. This song makes me cry, but I still love it. I hear it on GTA online and it brings back those good memories.
