This version of RollerCoaster Tycoon is being played through a modding platform known as OpenRCT2. You need to own all of the games still, but running them through OpenRCT gives you a lot of cool options! You can find it here: openrct2.org/

This is a super fun video! I just can't believe it's already been 25 years since Rollercoaster Tycoon's debut
in case you were wondering:
1. entertainers are actually super OP - guests can't be unhappy near them, so you can have the messiest, most crowded park and still have a high park rating (since that's mostly based on guest happiness)
2. the reason you couldn't get more guests was because there is a "soft guest cap" based on the rides you have. stalls add a little bit, flat rides add a bit more, and roller coasters, generally, add the most. if your soft guest cap is reached, your guest spawn rate is dramatically lowered, however -
3. advertising is ALSO super OP, and ignores the soft guest cap, so even with only a few rides you can get a ton of guests.
if you haven't already, i really suggest checking out marcel vos's channel! he has a ton of short little rct videos and they're really great.

You for sure have a plugin managing your prices. You said you watched some of Marcel's videos so maybe you installed it and forgot you had it. You can edit their settings by holding down the map icon at the top of the screen and selecting one. And in the title screen, you can click on the toolbox, select "Open custom content folder" and go to "plugin" to see the .js files you have installed.
