I don’t buy meat from any grocery store i go to their drop off locations and buy the same day. Fresh meat slaughtered and delivered same day. Gulf shrimp too. It is a little more expensive but lasts 3 times longer..

How about Costco or Sam’s? You could probably save on some of your pantry items, paper towels, water, ect by buying in larger quantity at either Costco or Sam’s. And Costco also has good meat and chicken. Not sure about the meat at Sam’s. Sam’s is owned by Walmart and I don’t buy a lot of meat there so not sure about Sam’s. But Costco is great.

Groceries are so expensive these days 😩 but I’m the same way I stock up on the dry goods and purchase my meats,veggies,fruits and dairy weekly or bi-weekly. You should have told them that you was not going to buy the grocery and used only that quite there with all that food in and they would open up a cash register for you to check out your grocery because I live in Indianapolis and I went to Walmart last week and they told me that only the self check was open and I had grocery and I told them I was not going to buy it and check my own grocery out because that is too much let me to do and not get paid for it and then you want to raise your prices on your food and products in the grocery store that is not fair I could go and get a job there and get paid and now they're not even hiring for if we keep doing these jobs for them we would never have no money because we doing their job and our job and spending our money so we need to get together protest on this and I bet they will have cash ears back while they will lose out of money they're getting filthy rich off of us
