Etihad generally allow 7kg cabin bag plus ‘personal item’ which would include a laptop or tablet bag, as long as it wasn’t large. Their hold luggage allowance for Economy from the UK to India is one bag 30kg max. This increases a bit I think to 35 as you go up the ticket classes. I like Air India, Virgin, BA or Vistara for travelling to India. Direct flights and two 23kg hold bags 👍
