At least you didn't play Extermination and played Termination instead. Extermination is a harder version than Termination, and the original version is already hard. For Extermination: Some of the danger signs for the saws appear twice on the screen together so you need to click space twice at the 3rd beat. When the second danger sign appears at the same time with the first danger sign it will have a higher pitch sound, so you need to listen for 2 sounds: "A normal pitch and a higher pitch". Danger signs for saws are also dangerous even more as they already appear several times at the start more than Termination. You have to both watch and listen closely for the double saw attack and watch the notes all at the same time.

This is honestly one of my favorite mods with the adorable robot QT and KB is really cool as well as having challenging, yet satisfying songs to play with amazing music. Also, one thing I’m starting to see is mods starting to connect. Tons of them reference others with background characters but some have other ties like Bob form Bob’s Onslaught is apparently in a relationship with Opheebop from the Salty’s mod and tons of mods are using the Eye symbol like Tricky, Hex, and QT and even Monika (the eyes of markov instakill notes during song 3) so I’m wondering if the lore for that symbol is that it is somehow made or used by the guy from Tricky (the black wisp dude at the end) and made QT and KB or infected it with whatever virus that symbolizes is and that’s the same virus that tried to infect Hex since his screen started flashing with the same eye…but that’s just a theory…A GAME THEORY
That symbol is not made or used in any way, shape, or form by the auditor (black flame guy in the end of cutscene after phase 3). If you want to know more about him, watch madness combat, the series both tricky and the auditor originated from. Read the wiki as well because it has information that would be difficult understanding by just watching the series.. Like when jebus used normality explosion I didnt understand what it was and though it was just a suicide attack. But seriously go watch madness combat.
I know it's a bit late but I actually have the answer for this. The 'black wisp guy' is the Auditor, he has nothing to do with the eye symbol, it appeared on his screen at the end of the Tricky mod most likely because he ended up getting hacked by the people who made it. It's been pretty much confirmed by this point because of the wikis but the eye is the symbol of a company called 'The Greater Good' which are a company who's main goal is to capture/kill any monsters that may be a threat (from what I understand at least). The Greater Good were created by the same person who made Whitty and Updike, Updike being a member of The Greater Good who is trying to track down Whitty. They presumably hacked Hex because they considered him dangerous or they hacked him to try and make him kill Boyfriend and Girlfriend who very clearly have unnatural powers (more specifically Girlfriend as shown in most mods to be incredibly powerful and also in the official game as shown to have some sort of demonic powers) They hacked the Auditor's computer most likely to try and obtain information on his location as in Madness Combat (the series that he and Tricky originate in) he is very clearly a supernatural being who wishes to end/dominate the entire world. The eye has appeared in many more mods but unfortunately, the developer of the Whitty mod has discontinued it so we will no longer be getting any more content related to it, this probably explains why we have been seeing less and less of the eye as the mods keep coming. So, that's it, that's everything you need to know really.
