They've updated the one on the bottle now. Mix in a shaker: 40ml Vodka, 40 ml Passoa, 10 ml vanilla syrup, 10ml fresh lime juice, pulp of half a passion fruit. Serve with a shot of Prosecco. It still doesn't produce a frothy head though, hence why I came here, thanks.
I've watched the whole video and I still don't understand what created the frothy head... He says the pineapple juice adds frothiness to the second one, so what made the original recipe frothy?

I use The HumbleBartender’s recipe but I would also add half of a passion fruit pulp to the mix, a beautiful cocktail & it’s great to see you again Big Man,as 500k would also agree 👏👏👏

Think there’s a typo in the description. In the original recipe it lists both 15ml and 30ml as 0.5oz for the passion fruit liqueur and purée. 30ml should be one ounce.

Love how you did the "behind the bottle recipe". But they are exactly there for that simplicity's sake! You should do more of these; comparing the "real deal" vs. same recipe but from a bottle's "recommended" version. As seen here, and how you correctly commented, Passõa's version of the PSM is...heavily Passõa forward :D Also congratz on the 500k!
I’ve subscribed another cocktail channel with 1.25 million subs, and whilst it’s different and entertaining it’s just nowhere in the same league as you, so how about trying different locations, if you do Tiki cocktails head to Hawaii, Martinis head to New York, Venice for spritzers, France for champagne and cognac, Scotland for whisky, Kentucky for bourbon, Mexico for margaritas the list goes on, do a bit of B roll for background, go to all the famous cocktail bars, it’s just a thought, once lockdown is over become Steve the travelling bartender - a bit like Keith Floyd became the travelling cook. You’re a star 👍
I was taught to use egg white with the Pornstar Martini in the Hague, Netherlands. 40ml vodka 5ml vanilla syrup 45ml passionfruit juice 1 egg white Dry shake, wet shake and double strain. Is that something you would consider Steve?

I didn't have vanilla sugar - but I had licor 43. I used all the ingredient for number 1 + a small shot of Licor 43. Bellisimo

Personally, I think that's a great serve especially if you can't get Passoa. Foam would make a great presentation.

I'd go with 0.5oz/15mil syrup. Most bar spoons are typically about a 0.25oz/7ml measurement.
