    Hello! Yes, it is normal for the Wi-Fi light to be blinking. Blinking means communication is happening between the modem and devices connected. -Lisa

    I unplugged and replugged the router but the only light thats on is the power icon on the very top. I've waited about 15 minutes but nothing has shown up for wifi connections on my phone. I held the reset lpoking button on the bottom and it turned purple, everything else lit up. I unplugged and replugged again, nothing. What do i do

      @PovElijah iirc, its been a while but i believe i just kept turning it off and on until it worked, or i kept trying different settings and buttons

      @@abd_cheese7353 I can't change any settings but I've been tried for days turning it off and on and pressing the refresh button and even the reset button. Nothing has been fixed and I need the internet

    Mine only has the power light on it happened a few days ago and I've tried everything but no fix.

    I am having trouble with mine. The upstream and downstream lights keep flashing together and so is the status light. What could that mean I have unplugged it and plugged it back and and it doesn’t work. I have also tried to reset it but it won’t work even though I have held the button down for 10 seconds. Anyone know what to do?

      Good evening, Isaac. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble setting up your modem there. From what you're describing, it sounds like the modem is having trouble getting a signal to come online. If you have another cable outlet in the household you could try a different one, in case the outlet it is on currently isn't active.     How do you reset the modems password, last time I entered in the modem was years ago and tried every password I can think of. The original admin password does not work.

    i have problems with ping spikes is this because of this modem whats ur recommneded setting

      That is a great question, Tiara! On this particular modem, the WPS button is on the front, with the lights, at the very bottom of the modem. It looks like two arrows circling each other. -Bryan W

    I can barley play Fortnite bc I get stuck on 1000 ping and freezes my game. This modem is ass. Won’t recommend this product
