I unplugged and replugged the router but the only light thats on is the power icon on the very top. I've waited about 15 minutes but nothing has shown up for wifi connections on my phone. I held the reset lpoking button on the bottom and it turned purple, everything else lit up. I unplugged and replugged again, nothing. What do i do

I am having trouble with mine. The upstream and downstream lights keep flashing together and so is the status light. What could that mean I have unplugged it and plugged it back and and it doesn’t work. I have also tried to reset it but it won’t work even though I have held the button down for 10 seconds. If you have another cable outlet in the household you could try a different one, in case the outlet it is on currently isn't active. How do you reset the modems password, last time I entered in the modem was years ago and tried every password I can think of. The original admin password does not work.
