Amazing projection show on miniature Cinderella Castle model

- Projection show on a 71cm replica model of Disney Cinderella Castle. I used two music tracks from two Disney firework shows, I do not own the rights to the music. The castle was build between 1999 and 2012. It's an exact replica of the real castle in Florida.

I made molds for many parts to reproduce similar parts. Every stone is painted seperatly in four different colors. I used two materials, styrene and polyurethaan and I used epoxy for glue.
Two beamers project exactly on the castle, if set up correctly no light hits the wall behind. In the animation software I made a mask in the shape of the castle the light will allways shine only on the castle.
Someone at Disney, you got to give him an Imagineering position! Thanks for making me smile at this totally creative accomplishment.

Absolutely incredible. Seeing effects on a miniature like this makes me sad that we won't ever have such elaborate miniatures and effects on a Rhine River Cruise...

Personally I feel like your castle show is far superior in most aspects to the one currently running at WDW. Especially use of the castles shape!

I like how in the beginning it’s like your getting ready for bed and you get in your bed and then after your mom comes in to tell you a bedtime story. Then “Once upon a time..” then after you dream the fantasy and magic happens! :D . This is like Cinderella Castle doing going to sleep and she dreams. Reply if you agree. That is amazing. Great work. I have similar show in my miniature Fantasyland (see my videos) but I've been investigating the use of beamers as well. Your video is great motivation. Let me know if you want to pair up technologies.

How did you construct the castle? I want to 3D print one but I can't seem to find a model that is broken down into separate parts to be small enough to 3D print in sections, then assemble. I can only find a model of the entire castle as one part file :(
