- This video guides you in quick easy steps to recover your Hotmail account without a phone number and alternate password.
Step 1: Go to the recovery website of Microsoft
Step 2: Enter the Hotmail email which you want to recover and click on Next.
Step 3: Select "I don't have any of these" in the box
Step 4: Enter another Email address (could be anyone)
Step 5: Verify the code in the new email
Step 6: Come back and answer all questions according to the Hotmail account you want to recover
Step 7: Once you fill in all the details, wait for Microsoft team to get back and you and verify whether your account is eligible for recovery or not.

I've filled in this recover form more than 10 times because there is no one actually checking the form the system bot auto automatically says no even though you put the correct information in Microsoft needs to have an actual person checking I have photo proof aswell

It might be frustrating from what i’m about to tell you, the hotmail servers will be closed soon and Microsoft isn’t working on them.
I’m still trying to recover my 13 years old hotmail till this day, but still no response from Microsoft. lol

Ive done thai plenty of times and still can't access my account 😠 says there is not enough information. Why cant this just be as easy as other email accounts where you can reset password quickly and not waste peiples time🤷🏾♀️
