    At first I honestly was like this setup isn't going to look good but once you had everything in place and planted it turned into a Picasa!!! Amazing, I definitely learned a thing or two

    2:30 - I bought a set for cutting wallpapers foils in a hobbymarket. Basically any "wallpaper place" should have them. It's no big deal, but it's nice to have, because it's easier to hold and it doesn't scratch the foil (which isn't visible from the inside, just outside).
    16:00 - Marsilea grows in a sand, but from my experience it likes having a nutrient layer underneath. I'd put soft layer of soil undeneath the sand just for the plants to grow in.
    The end result is stunning nevertheless. :)

      Depends on Scape, I like using white background on landscape style tanks and black on nature style.

    • @PaulZyCZ
      @PaulZyCZ Год назад

      @@emberframe6994 Likewise. Usually I use black background, but I used milky translucent foil with an island-style scape. The aquarium in question has also Optiwhite glass. It's not even Dennerle branded foil, I bought it in a hobby market (hardware supermarket), by default it's meant for windows and showers I think. They also had a tool to put it on easily.
      Milky or white background works really well with landscape styles. There are also backlight backgrounds, but they are expensive.

    I choose this stones for my 90x45x45 aquarium. And I also find out that this stones is quite difficult to scape with, especislly for your first scape. You need to clean them very good. And every time you think, you clean them, you find new crack with dirt. Some time when you clean all dirt they just fall apart. And due to hiles in this stone it's difficult to glue them 😆

    • @PaulZyCZ
      @PaulZyCZ Год назад

      Yes and no. Dwarf rasboras are tiny, so by body length it's no worse than having tiger barbs in 100 l. On the other hand 45 l or 60 l can fit in most places 30 l can, but it offers more swimming space.

    Hey Mike you need to work out for 5 years? Work out what? A deal of some sort? Or some of your issues? lol. It's okay to say Latin words cause nobody understands them. It's a dead language and only the Poop I mean the Pope and the scientific community using it. Everybody no matter what language you speak is how you pronounce the Latine. The Germans or the Russians even the Chinese and Japanese with their own accent. This is why Latin is the world's written language like the English is the world's spoken language. So there's no such thing you have an accent in Latine. Have you heard the Poop I mean the Pope talking or the one before him with a German accent and the 2nd John Paul with a Polish accent. But you guys proved that you are smart and write it on the screen. Oh, BTW I want to congratulate you on your aquascape. Cause it is an art like painting and sculpting. This is visual art and you guys are artists in your own way. Mr. Japanese master Takashi Amano started it around the early 90s' I read his Nature A. book in 2002 I think and I have all 3 volumes. Underwater scaper or gardener. He passed away but I see you guys continue scaping and designing in his footsteps. The same way designed with his own product. Nor terminate but very decorative. Not only as a hobby but as an art. Like to think it's a new artform that he mastered and perfected and thousands around the world copy it. Well, I also like to gratulate for passing the half-a-million subscribers and like to see the gold button cause in the background I saw the silver one. lol.
    PS: Mike I hope you come back sooner than 5 years. Try to work out faster eh. hahaha. Good job and TY!

      @Gabor.P. Год назад +1

      @@klebberbrazilian.theprofessor Absolutely! Sometimes it comes out derogatory and sarcastic. I hope they forgive me or some of my brut honesty. But I just love these guys, which is why I call them Artists of Aquarium design. I mean it's beyond words some of their creations are ... Like painters or sculptors, sadly these guys' creation is temporary. Yeah okay, when the plants grow in or replace some even move some hardscape in a different direction. So today a picture and any length of the video can stay for who knows how long.
