How did Winger get his spot back , when he drove off the top by himself @1:11 ?

Only thing I can think of is blend rule but he didn't lose s spot according to the scoring loop?
they did not show it but another car got a flat and the yellow came out right before Winger jumped off, I was there and we all thought the same thing until the announcer told us.
I was there. They originally threw caution for a car that was in the back
How does winger get his spot back when he caused the caution. That's kinda crazy
Man I’m impressed with Troutman, dude keeps on having bad luck and just keeps digging. Young and inexperienced, but dude can flat out get it.
He is a wheelman but he has plenty of modified experience
I noticed troutmans LR was low at beginning of the race. You can clearly see about :53 - :56.

So winger brings out the caution all by himself but gets his spot back?? Can someone elxplain that one to me cuz i dont think ive ever seen that one before......or was there something else that brought out the caition that wasnt shown in the clip here so it wasnt considered as winger bringing out the caution......thats the only thing other than the officials cheating for winger that i can think of
Do not they have the blend rule? If he slowed enough to bring it out but didn't lose any spots and kept it going they could have used that
Someone said he wasn't the car that brought out the caution the announcer just missed the other car that happened to get a flat just before winter went off the top rope

At 1:40 why is Winger starting in p2?
Someone got a flat tire right before winger went of the track so he didnt cause the caution. So he just got whatever spot he was in when the caution came out.
Someone explain to me how winger goes off backstretch restarts 2nd after yellow came out,did I miss something?

They threw the yellow for another car in the back before winger went off. So technically it wasn’t his caution

Troutman gonna win one before the Hell Tour ends. He's had an unreal amount of misfortune. Winger caution and restart P2 definitely kinda sketchy.
How does winger bring out the caution and go off the track and he gets his spot back but Troutman doesn't! I don't understand some of these dirt track rules!
What the hell? The 12 went off the track and causes a caution and doesn't go to the back of the field?

Winger spot back was BS 7 WAS ON IT I WAS THERE HIS HEAT RACE AND TROUTMAN WAS THE SHOW OF THE NIGHT TRACK RUBBERED DOWN ONE LANER WAS STILL A GOOD SHOW JERRY THE TRACK OWNER ALWAYS HAS A GREAT FAST TRACK PROMOTERS TAKE VIDEO OF HIM PREPARING A TRACK
