I clearly prefer this palette over the Natasha Denona Xenon 😊 more variety
This one is more like I need a nude pallette but has extra dark shades, xenon has only grey and dark shades, this one seems to be more versatile, I almost regret buying I need a nude after watching this review 😂

Agreed! In fact, I can see elements from ND’s Dream palette, the I Need A Nude and Xenon palettes in Huda’s Pretty Grunge palette. Huda’s is much more versatile, IMO.

OMG Patty you just literally blow my mind with how talented you are, you always have the most incredible instinct with colours. I am mesmerised at the ease with which you just dip into wildly different shades and make them completely harmonious. You are GENIUS! I would be terrified of the black shades (I think I actually gasped out loud when you dipped your brush into the cream black!!). Wow, I can't believe I missed this release. This is what I wanted the Natasha Denona "My Dream" palette to be, which was too warm to be flattering on me. I feel like I could get use out of every shade in this Huda palette, which is pretty rare.

LOVE!! I was all over Sephora yesterday as soon as they opened to grab this during the VIB sale. I got ND's Xenon last week and love it! I don't regret buying both at all.
More melanin-friendly and so I prefer this one over ND’s “I Need A Nude,” and Patrick Ta’s III Dimension.

Rephr has their soap in stock and on sale as well. It is an excellent product for the care of natural hair brushes. They also have excellent black blenders and excellent eyelash curlers in two styles.
I’m still debating about this palette. I have some dark, grungy palettes at hand. I am happier with cool toned brown palettes. There are a few warming shades here as well. Xenon is an art piece. Pretty Grunge is much more wearable to me.
Video suggestion. Patty can you do a five looks video featuring your favorite color eyeshadows? For example your five favorite:
pinks, browns, greens, purples etc. or you can even do your five favorite transition, crease, inner corner, lid, etc colors. Just a thought. 😊

Beautiful palette, definitely getting it. The colour story is not precisely grunge but (I guess) it can be partially achieved, what I actually wonder is why no one seems to do a grungy look with this palette, all looks seem so "clean" and traditional. I doesn't really show if the palette lives up to its name,
I have loved the video!! The techniques you use for your eyeshadow, even the shape are the same that I use on my daily basis. I love the cool tones, the mauvey and rosey tones in this palette.

Ordered Huda Grunge this morning over ND Xenon (too stark black and white like JCS Cremated), mini ABH Sultry (still have og) and Patrick Ta all matte (too similar if you have his other palettes and want at least a couple shimmers). Love the variety and shimmer possibilities and feel it is the most versatile. Instructions say use finger on metallics

This one honestly excites me more than the Xenon. I see a little more visible versatility, where in the Xenon it was more subtle. And I'm still unsure the Xenon would give enough versatility on deep to deep dark skin (where I line in). In this regards it think the Huda Is better option when it comes to the colour story.

When I first saw the pictures of this I thought it looked like a cool-ish toned version of the Empowered palette, but this actually reminds me of the I Need A Nude, but for the grungey girlies

I did the same as you putting this palette up against the Empowered and ND Xenon and I agree with you with differences between the Huda palettes but I love ND Xenon and there is definitely a place for that one also in my collection.
