  • Join us for guided meditation to journey with the majestic beauty and grandeur of the spirit of Yellowstone. The World's first National Park established in 1872. It was designated for its unique geothermal features and diverse wildlife. Yellowstone National Park is a National Park of the United States located in the northwest corner of Wyoming and extending into Montana and Idaho.
    Yellowstone National Park is considered sacred, and captures are full attention to be fully present. The connection to the majestic beauty and grandeur allows us to experience oneness with nature. This experience is an antidote to stress. A daily meditation practice can also assist us with releasing stress (antidote to stress).
    The mantra we will be working with is the vibration of the breath.
