You guys are the reason!! that my husband and I traveled from Iowa to Elmair New York to pickup my 1 month nephew. To keep him from going into Foster Care. We brought him, and his mother back to Iowa. So we could give her a second changes to be with the baby. But it didn't work out with her, so we have full legal custody of baby Mac. He is now 17 months old, and learning so much.
Bless this house for the next people that move here find love and peace, and Bless your New House with love and peace!!!!Your love can never fail if Blessed.
You can see the moment that Bella realized she had never packed and moved like this before. It can be overwhelming to think about moving everything. My suggestion: Focus on one thing at a time: one box, one area of the house/bedroom, one category of items (ex: summer clothes). Personally, I have to do a little at a time, and REALLY focus on that, or else I get overwhelmed, and either start jumping from one task to another and never finish anything, OR I procrastinate because I don't know where to start, so I just don't do anything for as long as possible (I do not suggest doing that lol). I'm so excited for all the new adventures and memories ya'll will make in your new home and all your plans and goals coming to fruition. Thank you for taking us along for the ride! I'm curious if Evie and Aurora will take the rooms I imaged they would: the ones with the little crawl space between them. I can see them having a blast in that secret hall (if they are okay with tight spaces).
I am excited for your new home and all the new memories you get to make there. No matter how big your house is you all as a family make it a home. And with all of you the love and joy each of you bring will make your new home feel even bigger then one your leaving behind. I’m so happy I found your channel whenever I’m having a bad day and not feeling good from chemo I watch your videos and I’m laughing and smiling. I just adore all of you.
I'm loving this new direction you're planning on implementing in your new space, it sounds very intriguing!! What an example you're setting for the children in your home as well!! Safe travels in your moving days. Best always...from BC (Canada)
Home Depot has the perfect option for you with tiny homes. You are able to design them in the store and see at that point what options would cost. Also they come and build it on the concrete slab that you have to have first no plumbing or electrical included
I think a check list for moving could really help bella, particularly wity her adhd. ❤ Thinking about taking rubbish out first, then a donate pile, then packing things she wont use straight away like seasonal stuff, then leaving bits she'll need right away, and then doing the same the other end too x
You should have Jamie to do Amazon wish list for her new place so people that wish to get her something for her new place would be able too but add it to the Vlog
This is a sweet thought, but Crystal and Aaron make enough money to cover Jamie. Please consider donating to a wishlist for people that need help and/or are local to you! The holidays can be tough. 🖤
When you do the rv building you should use that as your event area! Could you imagine a ginormous tree for Christmas in the center and have everyone over for Christmas. Would be a beautiful area.
It seems like the bedrooms are smaller at the new house and it seems more closed in. I hope you find the happiness you’re seeking. Hopefully you can make the necessary changes to be happy there. 👍
Here is some Bedroom arrangements that would work for your family in the new house- You should put Aurora and Evie upstairs in the jack and jill, with a bedroom each. Then the 4 younger boys can have the other jack and jill, with 2 boys sharing a room. Jake can the bedroom on main floor, sharing with Lucas temporary. Have Hannah, Savannah and Bella in the basement. That way the boys and girls are both sharing a bathroom, but replace basement male toilet with normal toilet, for the girls to use! Jamie and Lucas in those tiny houses.♥♥♥♥
This may actually be a healing experience for some of the kids. The ones that haven’t ever had a move before that wasn’t traumatic can now experience a good move. ❤
people are acting like you're moving into a small house that is cheap and that is so not the case. A 9 bedroom home with a pool and massive yard is not small or cheap. It might not have the grand entrance as the home you have now but it's pretty darn nice. :) Who wants to pay a massive mortgage payment anyhow. And once the tariffs start on Canada & Mexico everything is going to be sky high so hopefully your ownership takes place before that. 1 great thing about renting first if the house ends up being a bust you just don't have to buy it lol My favorite memory in your house is all the adoptions and graduations. And Bonnie & Anne.
The word you were looking for with all the tiny homes on it is "plantation". My gf has 4 boys and one has autism and that is what she has done and she's so happy. In NS a 1 Bedroom cost around $1,300 a month if you're lucky. In the City it's probably more like $1,800 now.
Still missing the small town vlogs from St John’s, I liked the snow ball fight vlog definitely can’t pick a favourite though everyone of crazy piece member brings something special to every vlog ❤ Do you plan to convert your new home kitchen to gas ? I am guessing Aaron and Tristen will miss your gas stove top ❤
Crystal, why would you just mention Bella’s, Rylan’s, and Liam’s adoption of a favorite memory of yours? Poor Evie.. my heart breaks for her all the time. She deserves MORE recognition and attention than she gets from everyone.
hate to see you give up this beautiful home, I think some of the kids feel the same way and can't tell you, the new house looks cheap, comparing to this house. A shame you have to give it up. A lot of them will be moving one day, wanting there own place. most kids do.
You have a very beautiful reason for a new house, but for sure this is a incredible house, very beautiful. The new one is very small and ceiling are low, very interesting entrance, with the fireplace in the way... and when you were filming in the backyard it was so loud/the cars. Much louder than in your actual house. If you put small houses in the back of the yard near the road it will be very close and will be vibrations and a lot of noise. And how you will make renovations living there? And, yes we understand you are sad, we are also! But of course we respect and watching your videos not because of your house but because of you!❤
My aunt used to rent the church hall for Christmas. Her four generations (kids, spouses, grand kids, great grand kids) was 200 people. You could rent a party tent for large parties. You'll definitely have enough ovens with all the mini houses in the backyard :D There won't be 'the echo' in the new house :) Consider using moving pods ?
loved seeing more of bella and savannah again saying as though the last time we saw savannah you would’ve told she died on the floor lol!! but she was just sleeping!! I think even us as viewers have a little bit on movers grief. Definitely feels like our home to! I’d like to say, my favorite memories on the house is just watching each kid interact with crystal or aaron, watching that relationship grow and bloom! (or luke pushing bella in the pool!) can’t wait for this next chapter but definitely sad to see this one being closed
Maybe you can start a life skills channel. Like when you teach Bella about taxes you can record it so we can also learn to. I’m 20-year-old college student, and I would love to learn from you.
Aaron was saying the adoption of Bella, Rylan, Liam and Evie was one if his special memories. But wasn't Savanah and Lucas also adopted in that house. Looking forward to your beautiful new home!! I think it's really cool that your getting tiny homes for Jamie and Lucas.
Wishing you all a smooth move and much happiness and many good times and memories in your new home 🏠 Can’t wait to see the changes that will be made and how the place gets decorated. Excited to see the first 2 small homes be completed for Jaimie and Lucas and to see them settled in 😍🤩👏🏻🍀💚
I feel like the following rooms would make a lot of sense: Aurora and evie in one set of jack and Jill's, the 4 little boys in the other (it'd be cool if one of the rooms was their bed room and the other was their hangout room with their computers, gaming systems, and legos), and all the teens in the basement (especially with the kitchen down there it'll help them learn life skills).
Make sure u have nice neighbors that aren’t going to tow ur car away. HOA SUCK. I’m glad ur moving for u can do all urs hopes and dreams. Life is what u make out of it. U don’t need that big house to have a happy life. Good luck on ur move. God Bless.❤
You can start moving this weekend and havent start packing yet 🤯i am stressed on your behalf so you donnt have to, but moving stress me out always, maybe because i am the one that has to drive and make sure we get everything with us ...
Either House 🏠 thank you "ALL" for sharing the past and now excited for the future and bringing Us along. Again thank you Mark and New Guy Editing and to Grandma JoAnne as well. ❤️ Happy Hoildays! 🤶 🧑🎄 🎄
I already suspected Crystal didn’t like Evie bc she’s always cutting her off and dismissing her but her not saying Evie’s adoptions as one of her fav memories just conformed it. Super sad
I am moving in January. Me and my late husband moved here 31 years ago. I am looking forward to it but am still a little sad. I wish you all the best for the future.
As a cancer survivor who had blood drawn countless times, I was told once that the “thin veins” is a lie of people who simply aren’t good at it and unless you have substance issues it’s all the same. And the doc who told me that always got a blood draw first try even within a week of another doc failing and needing multiple attempts. The same doc helped saved my life in an emergency so I trust him lol. I’ve never had issues with blood taking from any nurse, only docs, I think it really is the amount of practice you get.
I was a phlebotomist for over 12 years. Thin veins just need a butterfly or thin needle.. I worked at a veterans hospital, lots of junkies who thanked me for finding a new vein. 😢
I’m a cancer survivor. The oncology nurses were the best at blood draws and accessing my port. Got it every time and it never hurt. The emergency room nurse on the other hand was not so good. I think it’s matter of practice.
I’m confused… My sister has been in college for like 9 years to be a mental health counselor… I don’t think that’s something you can get a certification in overnight…
Hello crazy pieces thank you so so much for sharing another amazing wonderful video your family is amazing and beautiful I am excited for your upcoming move and the new adventures to come ❤❤ thank you again for sharing your lives ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I was never in foster care but we moved a lot. I went to 3 Kindergartens, 7 elementary schools, 7 middle schools and 3 high schools. I hate moving and hate packing. I used to collect miniatures (mostly animals) because I would always lose things when we moved. I had them in a box and never put them out. But I knew they were mine. Easy to grab when being whisked away in the middle of the night. I still have them and the box and still don't take them out. A security thing just in case. But I do love unpacking lol. Decorating and like Savannah (sp) was saying, you can get rid of things. For many years I had trouble letting go of things. Where I live now is the longest I have lived anywhere. 10 years. I'm sure some of the kids may need extra help moving. Just to make them feel secure. Even though they are adopted now and have such loving parents, it still may bring up some bad memories. Hugs for all of the kids. And hugs for you and Aaron. I can hardly wait to see what you do with the property and the house. I love watching projects. Cheers
All the party’s and seeing new kids faces coming through the door. I would do many tiny homes as I can. Hannah, Jamie, Max, Alex, Tristan and Hallie could all get their own little space. Maybe one at a time.
Its a new change And a new chapter for you all😊😊😊 Im glad You all are happy for your new home😊😊😊 Its cozy warm Im looking forward to Jamie new little house If people want can we send her something for her tiny home Hope you all are close to the crazy middles😊😊😊❤❤❤
Instead of focusing on 'the last' in the old house, maybe you could focus more on 'the first' in the new home? And maybe this will replace grief with enthusiasm... 😊🙏
Is this area zoned for more than one residence? I know we cannot add an ADU on over 7 acres . It is different in every county! Hope it works out for you !
@@nicolepapoleI’d like my therapist to have a degree and not be on RUclips… saves them airing my stories on their RUclips. My stories are mine to tell not theirs.
I love your family. All those dogs in the house will give me a nervous breakdown. Where Im from you are only allowed three small dogs OR 2 big dogs. All our dogs stay outside during the days . Sleep inside at night.I hope the dogs will play outside on the new property.
I think this house is so lovely n spacious and you shouldn't move, you should put Jamie in the room where there is the kitchen, and turn the gym into another unit, with a kitchen n bathroom, add a bathroom to the room where the kitchen has it in. I think you could of configured the rooms better.
@@Tiff_C and they also explained that they are limited in what they can do with Jamie in the home because technically she 'lost' a child to foster care (which is a terrible way to frame what actually happened. Jamie had the insight to realize she would not be able to raise Aurora so allowed Pettit's to adopt her, voluntarily) so she wouldn't pass any checks they do of adults that a child would be exposed to.
You forgot Luke and Savannah were also adopted at that house and evie.. I'm I think I'm gonna miss that house too because I've watched so many of them grow up in that house..
I absolutely love your dream to open transitional housing. That is a great idea! May I suggest looking into The Harvest Center of Charlotte. They're in North Carolina and have a awesome program. They are faith based w/rules but they accept anyone who needs help. I know someone in the program and can't believe how she grown thru the program. Just an suggestion to give you ideas. I love your current home but I love the idea of transitional homes.
This house would be by far a forever house its grand stair way and the big entrance beautiful living room nice and bright everywhere. i would have to buy something better or similar . The new house don't have that vibe but if you are all happy with the new house that's all that matters .
They had a number of criteria for the new house. Being as spacious and open wasn't vital. They got what they needed. They needed land and a house that wasn't in an HOA. The house can be changed and improved to their liking. But if they bought a house without sufficient land to build tiny houses, then they still be in the same situation and wouldn't be able to build a tiny house for Jamie.
The bedrooms on the lower floor with the egress windows would make me feel claustrophobic not having a proper view to the outside. Are you taking all the beds and everything.are you hiring a big moving truck or lots of little trucks
Can you make some life skill videos? Like teaching taxes and other stuff? I’m 22 and have not been able to learn much about taxes and other stuff to help me in adulthood. And I know others could benefit from them too!
You guys are the reason!! that my husband and I traveled from Iowa to Elmair New York to pickup my 1 month nephew. To keep him from going into Foster Care. That’s amazing
That is so INCREDIBLE ❤❤❤❤ hes going to LOVE you so much!!!!’
Congratulations!
Gonna miss the open concept in this house ! So light and airy! But excited to see how you decorate!
Crystal, you are making a "homestead" for the older kids with the tiny homes, how very wonderful!! 💖
While I’ll miss your amazing house & that fabulous backyard, I can see your vision for the new house-especially the space for the tiny homes!!!
I am going to miss seeing the blogs from your old kitchen. I really enjoyed how big, bright and open your kitchen was! Great for filming!
I'll always remember the cabinet doors being open in almost every vlog😂
Bless this house for the next people that move here find love and peace, and Bless your New House with love and peace!!!!Your love can never fail if Blessed.
Beautifully said.
I remember when Crystal and Hannah did the room makeovers together. It was so special seeing the love you both put in.
4 adoptions, jamie's name, mark's wedding, tristan coming, luke jumping to help jake when he fell into the barbed wire.. many memories
@Urbxx I never seen Jake and Luke video
Hallie’s Graduation!
Ariana’s graduation
One thing I won't miss from your old house is the loudness & echoing of all the dogs barking. 🙉

This house is by far my favorite, it is definitely a dream house. However the reasoning behind getting your new house is a great.
A house is a house. Ultimately it is the people in it that make it a home. It's wonderful that you want to help other.
Oh I am going to miss this house 😢 It is set up the best for a vlog. New house does not seem to have large areas to include the family.
I thought the same thing. Im sure it will work out though.
I'm loving this new direction you're planning on implementing in your new space, it sounds very intriguing!! What an example you're setting for the children in your home as well!! Safe travels in your moving days. Best always...from BC (Canada)

Your editing is so smooth, loved it!
Mark's editing is the key to all of this. 😊
Still missing the small town vlogs from St John’s, I liked the snow ball fight vlog definitely can’t pick a favourite though everyone of crazy piece member brings something special to every vlog ❤
Do you plan to convert your new home kitchen to gas ? I am guessing Aaron and Tristen will miss your gas stove top ❤
The graduations and the forts in the living room, those are my favorite memories
Make sure everyone labels their boxes so they get moved into the right rooms at the new house.
Excited to see how the new house works for you all ❤
They could choose a different color of duct tape for each child or room of children...
It's sad that Chrystal forgot about Evies adoption.... at least Aaron acknowledged it.
Crystal, why would you just mention Bella’s, Rylan’s, and Liam’s adoption of a favorite memory of yours? Poor Evie.. my heart breaks for her all the time. She deserves MORE recognition and attention than she gets from everyone.
I think the two youngest girls should get the rooms that has that little room between the two rooms. I would make that a sensor room.
Good morning, beautiful ladies . Cherish your past memories, and y'all will be making more in your new house , ❤
I totally understand your reasons for moving but I feel like you guys are gonna miss your current house a lot
So happy for your move. Loved this house but can't wait to see what you do with the new property.

Great idea for having parties at the church building! With all their land, I am sure they could make a party place on it!

I was thinking the same thing. I already learned more about taxes from this video so a whole video on taxes and other life skills would be amazing!
It feels so cool when your question gets picked!
Bella. You cracked me up again! Your eyes when advised you will be packing yourself. I shall remember that for a while. Good luck all
11:56 location location location the 3 important things when buying property
I will be looking forward to seeing the projects you do with your new home ❤Great questions everyone. Enjoyed and thank you for sharing❤
My favorite memories in this house are the room makeovers. I'll bet we'll see a bunch of them in the new house too.
The dog stampede was hilarious!!
The new house will be great once you get all the renos done
Bella you need a lock on your room to keep siblings out. I was raised that we had to ask permission to go into other bedroooms of siblings.
They still lived in St. Johns when they adopted Lucas and Savannah. ❤
And Evie?
I noticed that Crystal forgot about Evie's adoption. Glad Aaron mentioned her.

LOTS OF FUN TIMES COOKING, ADOPTING,THANKSGIVINGS, CHRISTMAS' FUN TIMES WITH FAMILIES
I hope the new house has more carpets. Because this house is very echoing.
How close will you be to the Crazy Middles? farther? The new house seems more homie!! So excited for you all!!
They said not very far.
they answered this in the video
I was never in foster care but we moved a lot. I went to 3 Kindergartens, 7 elementary schools, 7 middle schools and 3 high schools. I hate moving and hate packing. You can remodel the house and make the living area bigger😊 over time.
i saw one question from someone in New Zealand and got excited!!! i'm from NZ too and have been following since before Lucas and Savannah came
It’s because your new house is more closed in vs the old house
Is the new backyard already securely fenced for the dogs
All the party’s and seeing new kids faces coming through the door. I would do many tiny homes as I can. Hannah, Jamie, Max, Alex, Tristan and Hallie could all get their own little space. Maybe one at a time.
And Lucas
Will you offer a tiny home for Melinda and Scarlet to live in on your property to help her out?
I have teeny tiny veins crystal! It's a nightmare getting a good person to do it for the first time.
I loveeee this family channel !!! So excited for the next few videos ❤
Are you guys going to get a degree in mental health first before starting a business?
that would be a great first step for them, lol.
A degree in mental health when the current state of mental healthcare is garbage? You don't need a degree to help people! 💜
@ erm, i think most would prefer their therapist to not be self-taught
@@Horsesq6j They didn't say they wanted to be therapists. And those who prefer to see a therapist can go see one! 🫶🏽
@@nicolepapoleI’d like my therapist to have a degree and not be on RUclips… saves them airing my stories on their RUclips. My stories are mine to tell not theirs.
I’ve been watching for more then 3 years whattttt
I love your family. All those dogs in the house will give me a nervous breakdown. Where Im from you are only allowed three small dogs OR 2 big dogs. All our dogs stay outside during the days . Sleep inside at night.I hope the dogs will play outside on the new property.
I love the neighbourhood idea.. that’s how village works in my country.. my aunties and uncles cousin all live around us…
I think this house is so lovely n spacious and you shouldn't move, you should put Jamie in the room where there is the kitchen, and turn the gym into another unit, with a kitchen n bathroom, add a bathroom to the room where the kitchen has it in. I think you could of configured the rooms better.
There moving because the house they live in is very expensive to upkeep and also not wanting to be in a hmoa
@@tammyhendrickson-kt2bo and they couldn’t build for Jamie on the property. Jamie wants more independence and that’s understandable.
They want Jamie outside of the house so it feels like she has her own home.
You definitely need at least 4 tiny homes, Jamie,Luke, Hannah, and possibly Bella
Yay your videos make my day
Hope you’ll drop by here in The Philippines after Thailand. You may visit Palawan. 🫶
I like your guys RUclips channel and I was adopted to the same of you siblings have fun in your new house
You forgot Luke and Savannah were also adopted at that house and evie.. I'm I think I'm gonna miss that house too because I've watched so many of them grow up in that house..
No Savannah and Lucas were adopted in the St. Johns house
Lucas and Savannah were adopted in St John's house.
Bella, the tax "return" is the name of the form. The amount you get back if you overpay is a "refund."
I loved the impromptu tax lesson! Bella’s reasoning made sense. So sweet. Sometimes you don’t realize what kids understand about things.
I'm not a member anymore. When I was for the time and I made a comment I was so excited when you read it.. the puppies were so excited 😂
Can you make some life skill videos? Like teaching taxes and other stuff? I’m 22 and have not been able to learn much about taxes and other stuff to help me in adulthood. And I know others could benefit from them too!
