So good! Especially with the jumping up and not forward when you jump forward it stops the momentum the trick is to jump up and use the hip rotation of the power jab to propel you towards the target this gives you more weight behind the punch and puts you in perfect position to throw that right hand.
One extra trick is to make sure your chin is tucked with your chest up (out) with your shoulders relaxed this straightens the spine which it makes easier to jump up and places the shoulder and hip alignment in perfect position to corkscrew jab which extends your range even more.

These videos are great! Showing us a coach teaching a student demonstrates the mistakes we would probably go and make if we were to just try copy the coaches technique.

My father was a boxer in Russia, he started boxing in the army in Siberia and later won some championships in his hometown in the 1980's. I would love to show him your videos but in the original Russian language. Is it available?

Great technique, but the claim that not rotating your lead foot will lose power on your cross is false. You can perform the same technique without rotating your lead leg at all.

La rotación al final SÍ te da un poco más de golpe... Y lo más importante es que también es un movimiento defensivo, con la rotación no solo golpeas si no que lo utilizas como un escudo. Espero haberte ayudado, saludos y buen boxeo soviético.
