How to be in the embodiment of the desire. Once you felt it then you are in there, But if you had not experienced something, then how to be in that embodiment. Everyone says the same thingh some way or another after 29 hours of yapping. Kudos to you for going to straight to the point. How how to get there...Tony Robbins wrote a whole book regurgitating that concept. Nobody says how to get there.
If I was to ask you “how are you alive right now?” How would you explain that? Because you are, right?! You know you are. That is being. It’s awareness. Being is what you are when you stop trying to become. It’s the stillness behind all movement, the silence behind all sound, and the presence that never leaves you, no matter what happens. I would recommend meditating. Just close your eyes and sit in a quiet room and focus on your breath. If thoughts come, feelings arise, let them. Observe them and let them pass. Don’t identify with them, don’t react that “oh why is this happening, I’m trying to meditate” etc. When you notice your minds drifted, bringing it back to the present moment by focusing on your breath. And slowly you’ll notice you are the awareness that is aware of these thoughts, feelings and emotions. You experience them, you are not them. And if you do this often, they will fall away and during the day if you’re faced with triggers you’ll know to just bring the awareness back into the present moment and focus on your breath. That is being.
Is this regardless of how “far” you deem the outcome to be? Let’s say you want to go to a school and live in a city, but you don’t want to live there until August. You just maintain that you go there already and live there already?
@@boiledhardegg253 okay so time is a human construct and it is not linear the way that we perceive it in our current version of reality. So for the school example, if you know you got into the school, you already got in. You are now a student at your desired school, in the present now moment. So doesn’t that in itself solve the perceived “issue” of attending at a specific time? When it comes to attending, that will also be happening in the present moment, it won’t be happening in the future.
@ this makes sm sense! I am everything I want to be now, the I am! So when this thought pops up I just remind myself that I am already a student, there’s no need to worry?
@ exactly. Ask yourself this, you have a phone right now right? Are you worried about how you’re going to get it? No. You already have it. You are the person with your phone. Same thing applies to everything else.
