LIVE: Jerry Elders Trial - Day 5 | FOX 4

The capital murder trial of Jerry Don Elders is set to begin on Monday morning. Elders is accused of shooting a Burleson officer and murdering a woman during a carjacking in April 2021. If Elders is found guilty he could face life in prison or the death penalty.

On the right of the courtroom, I am guessing that is the family of the murdered woman. My heart goes out to you!
