I saw few of your videos and i have an idea for you. Please do a video on how the Sales team may totally mess up our job as a PM. One of the main struggles i see are deals which are simply not manageable under the current SOWs. We have timeboxed our selves with very short deadlines right from the beginning and no one has reached to the delivery teams in advance to ask if this is possible or not. : )
