Though it is great initiative there are technical errors in the Refund Portal.
In the Step 2, the enter OTP field is inactive. Even after getting Aadhaar OTP, we are unable to enter the OTP. Hence not able to progress further. Hopefully the concerned Ministry takes note of this and rectify quickly.

Personal details Adhara based otp do no generate. To intimate the error to the webpage developer, the feedback/suggestion tab having error. There is a GRIEVANCES tab but that also showing error.

After successful login, In personal details tab after entering the adhar number , we are unable to get OTP. Dear Application development team In debug window Errors coming with error codes 500, 502 and 504 . Means server is unable to send OTPs(delivers the response), and error in coding at line number:2384. Kindly check and please close this as soon as possible. Please fix the issues and let us know, then we can avail claims
In Step 4, generate form option came. I clicked on it but there was some error and I had to login again. This time there was no generate form option and upon clicking download form, it shows no file. I don't want to move to next step 5 without generating and downloading the form. Please fix this error/bug. Thank you. Btw Grievances page is not working and neither is Feedback button. Which is why I'm writing here. Please forward this to the concerned department. Thank you.
Lucky, you were able to get to here, if you see there are many others who are unable to proceed after enter complete Aadhar and clicking on get OTP, no OTP will be received nor the Verify OTP will be enabled. Irrespective of time and browser used

TIME FOR ENTERING THE OTP SHOULD BE INCREASED.. IT IS TOO SHORT THAT EVERYTIME IT SHOWS AS " INVALID SESSION".

In case of Generate Form Prefilled Claim request form is not coming.
It says 'Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found.'
On Clicking 'Download Form' pop up comes saying 'Please ensure that all claims have been entered, before generating forms. After which you will not be able to make any changes or make additional claims.' but when Ok is clicked the empty file with file name 404 is getting downloaded.

Everything was fine when I first filed. And then I got to the 4th step. But then I couldn't upload it because there were too many cyber problems. I couldn't open it at all. The next day when I try to login again, it shows "Aadhaar number already used by another Depositor" Now the question is why I am having this problem without complete stap complet. The Sahara refund portal is not working properly, the server always looks busy, unable to verify the OTP at the second stage, the OTP verification option is unclear, after the Aadhaar OTP comes to the mobile, the verify option is not prominent, so I can't write it, so it is difficult to submit the documents. After going to depositor login, after logging in with 4 digit Aadhaar number and mobile number link with Aadhaar, after clicking on the declaration from Aadhaar, on the next page, then ask for full Aadhaar number and i put full adhar number and click get otp but there were shown "please use same adhar for log in" though i used same adharin both cases, how can i solve.

I also got the SMS that there are some deficiencies in the details provided and its provided on the portal however when I login to portal I don't see any deficiencies and only see claim under processing.

To the concerned authority when I try to claim STARS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY certificates, After uploading a certificate by clicking on the button 'Add Claim', if I try to upload a different(new) certificate, it always says 'This Membership and Receipt Number has already been claimed' irrespective of whether the certificate is already uploaded or not. I mean after uploading a certificate successfully, subsequent certificates are not allowed to upload. Please rectify the issue ASAP.

थाना अलीगंज लखनऊ के जरिये सहारा इंडिया समूह पर चिट फण्ड एक्ट 2019 में मामल दर्ज नहीं किया गया जैसा की सन 2015 में ही नॉन बेंकिंग का लाइसेंस रद्द हो गया था और सन 2018 में बड़ोदरा थाना ने सहारा के तीन मैनेजरों जिनमे बलवंत सिंह भी था को 18 दिन के रिमांड भी लिए थे यहाँ तक की बड़ोदरा गुजरात थाने के जरिये सुब्रत रॉय को भी बड़ोदरा थाणे में उपस्थित होने और अपने बयान देने का के वारेंट को तामिल किया था
इसके बाद भी सहारा समूह ने थाना रामनगर, बाराबंकी में रिपोर्ट 332 सन 2018 में संदीप मोर्य एजेंट का जमा धन नहीं दिया जिसके बाद भी थाना अलीगंज ने सहारा समूह पर कोई भी कारवाही नहीं की गयी बल्कि देवेन्द्र सैनी अलवर एजेंट पर भी रिपोर्ट 348 दर्ज की जिसमें मामला दर्ज करने का आधार फोन पर धमकी व् गाली देना बताया जिसमे देवेन्द्र सैनी ने घटना स्थल की google लोकेशन को भी नहीं माना जिसमे देवेन्द्र अलवर ऑफिस में गया ही नहीं था साथ ही देवन्द्र ने 10 लाख फिरोती की फोन रिकार्डिंग व् कॉल लोकेशन सूचना के अधिकार 2005 के जरिये व् चार्ज शीट के साथ मांगी तो थानेदार ने मामला दर्ज करने का आधार फोन रिकार्डिंग व् लोकेशन भी नहीं दी बल्कि राजेश कुमार ने मोटी घुस लेकर झूठे मामले में सात साल कारावास की धारा 115 ,116 बढा दी
अत महोदय से निवेदन है की ठाना अलीगंज के कर्मचारी सहारा समूह जिसके ऊपर दो हजार से अधिक ठगी करने की रिपोर्ट दर्ज की जा चुकी है हर राज्य से सुब्रत रॉय के अरेस्ट वारेंट आ रहे है फिर भी लखनऊ में सुब्रत रॉय व् सहारा कर्मचारी जो की कपूरथला में ठगी का ऑफिस खोले बैठे है पर कारवाही न करना आमजन की ठगी में थाना अलीगंज के अधिकारी व् कर्मचारी का सीधे रूप में शामिल होना बता रहा है
महोदय समय रहते थाना अलीगंज को सहारा समूह की ठगी पर कारवाही करने को निर्देशित करने का कष्ट करे जिससे की आमजन को उनका जमा धन जो की सहारा समूह ने क्यू शॉप में जमा की है पर सेबी के साथ कोर्ट केस चला रहा है का हवाला देकर नई ठगी को न कर सके साथ ही थानेदार महोदय को भी बताये की सेबी ने न्यूज़ पेपर में दे दिया था की सहारा की सोसाइटी व् क्यू शॉप के जमा धन के मामले में उनका कोई भी केस कोर्ट में नै चल रहा है उसके बाद भी 20 21 में थाना अलीगंज के थानेदार सहारा की सोसाइटी व् क्यू शॉप का धन न मिलने का कारन सेबी मामले को बताकर सहारा की ठगी में साथ देना आमजन जैसा देवेन्द्र सैनी के जरिये जमा धन यहाँ तक की सन 2015 में दिए गए संपर्क पोर्टल शिकायत को नहीं मानना व् प्रधान मंत्री पोर्टल पर दर्ज प्रिंट को न मानना थानेदार की दादागिरी को बताता है

Uploaded all the details and deposit certificates. But on clicking on edit button, I am not able to see the deposit certificates. It shows "No file chosen". It's already been 5 days and i am not able to see the certificates. Shall i go ahead with this process or should i wait for it to reflect in the portal??

Bank details shows airtel payment bank in place of actual bank seeded with aadhar and mobile no. please update your portal to show actual bank name. This problem is creating lot of trouble to many people , And their should be someone at the CRCS TO RECEIVE CALL. toll free no are not working

Though the Aadhaar no. and Aadhaar linked mobile no. are entered correctly, it is shown that "Aadhar number or mobile number is invalid". Is it a tactics to avoid the payment. Both the numbers have been verified through the official website of Aadhar.
