I see a common occurrence with small lift companies where they will probably charge a stupid price to replace the buttons, speech unit etc. I'm sure this lift would have been fine still being an old OTIS, but I see what small lift companies doing is just a money making thing. Great video. 👍
Lower, ground, floor! Mezzanine floor. Ground, floor. I couldn't believe that there were no floor announcements in either lift. Hilariously inefficient though!

With Digital Advance, it can’t do custom messages…
However, (Lower) Ground & Mezzanine should be part of its voice library

Cheap mod. Its nice, but they basically put most things over the old parts.
