I'm not big on tennis, however, this really was a great match to watch. Makes me want to see more of tennis and especially of Mr. Brown

Yeah I hope we see more from him as well in the future I remember every match I watched that he played was very entertaining and he always tried some crazy shots I rember when he was at wiimbledon one year and he did a crazy dive for the ball and somehow won the point reminds me a bit of Gael monfils how he would out of the blue just do some crazy unpredictable shots - bet he’s an absolute nightmare to play against as you don’t know what he will try and do next and he is super agile!
Dustin Brown is not a clown; he's an immensely, gifted, talented, entertaining, and exordinairy tennis player! His swagger on the court, top-tier athleticism,and his locks are a plethora of reasons why he's not so well known. This is a travesty; ppl who live tennis would enjoy watching him fancy, fiery returns

They are only using those adjectives because he is black, but when John McEnroe was cursing everyone and throwing tantrums and his racket, they called it frustrations. The commentators weren't biased at all. The were just as encouraging as the other player, maybe more so. Saying things like, "Listen to the reaction of the crowd" as they cheered him. They constantly flattered his tennis. Perhaps it is YOU that sees the world through a lens. You see a black person and think everyone else is automatically motivated by racist.
Dustin was a gift of God 👌 man he has Bombs in his hands 💪 never seen a player like him shots like that even more turning back serves with power shots its unreal 😱 Dustin will be remembered for his skills and shots 💪🤜🤛
This is not a circus show but rather another Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Simone Biles, Shacarri Richardson, Mohammed Ali, Sarena & Venus Williams and the list goes on.

Dustin was one of the BEST PLAYERS EVER in Tennis. Unfortunately, it didn't bring him many Grand Slams, however, his talent on the court was simply the BEST!

I never watch Tennis. I saw this in my recommended Videos. I want to play Tennis now by myself after watching him.
I watched Dustin on AO , it was nice to watch him few meters to the court. I took few good photos of him flying with his hair flying even higher ;-)

yeah, did not know about this guy, but i definitely got the message he was serious and focused. looked him up on wikipedia and i was happy to hear he had to retire in two important matches do to injuries - and broke out in tears. in my case that says he really cares - a lot of athletes are just in it for a job these days. much love. indeed a great great match and the tie-break equalled the thrill of the Mcenroe-Borg famous one for thrills - we have to admit here though, that it even surpassed the Mcenroe-Borg in shot-making and skill.

I also think the usage of "circus" isn't as negative in the UK as it may be elsewhere. It's just like "unusual" or "unorthodox", an unusual performance. Like "Clowning" isn't saying someone is a clown. Just messing around. A circus is filled with very talented and extraordinary people to be fair. In the US, I'm sure the word is more associated with a total disaster or sh*tshow.

If Dustin Brown wasn't plagued with injuries, he would have one of the greatest unorthodox player in the game.
Why has the game turned into a circus show. The only circus could be the one who dreamed up the title. Dustin brought humour to the court and talent. I wondered why he never got any sponsors to help him on with his career, but then after reading the title, who wrote it, don't have to look further for the answer. If only man would cease from expecting the other man to conform to what he believe is normal the world would be a much better place.😢😢

He won over $3million in prize money. He just struggled to qualify or get passed the first rounds, so I don't know why you'd mention this.. I gotta admit in my younger days I liked to play tennis like this just because I knew I was quicker afoot than my opponent. I'd even step out of position to try and make a down the line or running crosscourt winner more spectacular. Needless to say I wasn't a real consistent player and didn't have a good competitive record but WOW was it fun.😃

Brown is soo Unorthodox in his play, he plays so close to the net which is why he got beat alot on the returns from Kohlschreiber

Well, such a shame there had to be a loser in this match both players played exceptionally really wished brown went through as he is just so much fun to watch - hope we see him a few more times before the end of the year as he is definitely one of the players that always excites me with his skill on the court, that last set tie break was mesmerising!

Sure. He felt it was out (off the strings, possibly) and, so, wasn't ready to field the return (which was in). If his challenge shows it was out, it's just a fault, and then it's 2nd serve, rather than a loss of point.
@@aceyman sorry not being in detailed... yes, most players challenge the line judge if the serve was called out... but in this case, no line judge screamed it was out, so the serve was considered in... but since it's a return ace from brown, instead he challenged that his own serve was out, which is quite ridiculous 😂

@@aceyman yes i watched tennis since my childhood and played that too.. so during your many years being the expert in tennis and dedicated tennis fans, have you ever seen a player who challenged his/her own service because it's called in?
