- A video I made of the song 'Wandering Flame' from Final Fantasy X by Masashi Hamauzu accompanied by pictures I took of sunrises from my bedroom window and front door.
NOTE:
The credits say Nobuo Uematsu coz I didn't know it was actually composed by Masashi Hamauzu (thanks to k777t for pointing it out =) ), same applies for the Bisaido Island video
I listen to this almost every night. This track and the FF-X game have had a astonishing impact on my life.
I don't know why but this reminds me of being outside when I was a kid surrounded by the forest and birds.

I really like the infusion of the jazz when the clarinet comes in, it creates a more deep sadness like you're sitting gin the afternoon waiting for something. Well constructed by Nobuo and Hamauzu!
That's not depressing. It's completely understandable. It's things like this game and the emotions that are transferred from them into us that are a rare thing nowadays. We need to cherish these priceless moments.

There are few songs with the inherent emotional heft this songs has. And because it has no lyrics, it manages to speak to us all individually in a way no spoken lyrics could.

Dude! Beautiful mood. Man U made me wanna do a vid to this song too. Fuk! I remember that when I played the game and just defeated Seymour and it was also morning outside and then this music played. I was so freakn stunned by this nice coincident that I put my pad away and just stood there looking out the window and I have a good view sometimes. If only I smoked weed back then...
Anyways The tune from besaid island is also nice and moody-meludy. You should check it out if some.

I removed my comment because it was obnoxious. It's really a lovely video and I'm glad you like the song as much as I do. I just get irate because I think Hamuazu and Nakano are so talented, and that their work on the soundtrack dwarfs Uematsu's, yet somehow Uematsu is always listed as lead composer on the album. Anyway, your video made me go outside and watch the sunset last night, so thanks for that.
