Thank you for making content and being older rollerblades who rollerblade! From a guy who started at 43, and is now 49, I have embraced and accepted all forms of inline skating thanks to you guys.

I'm not sure when the next batch is but definitely keep checking the wizard skating site and instagram for updates. It's very exciting to see the setup and frames clicking with so many people these days.

If you woke up one morning and just like an episode from the Twilight Zone... you came to realize you were the only person on Earth. My question is this... would you ever strap on a pair of skates again? Why is it that we skate? In nature we would be consumed with survival and hunting for food. Building shelter. I could never ice skate as a kid. I was envious of my hockey skating friends. But I never put the time in. When rollerblading hit the scene in the 90’s I took hold. At the age of thirty something I became a pretty good street skater. I was determined. I used to drive tour buses back then. I took my skates with me everywhere. It was the perfect thing to unwind and unwind after driving all day. Check into the hotel and strap on a pair of skates. Check out the parking lot or go exploring. Washington DC was a fun place to skate. The boardwalk in Atlantic City, Quebec City, Montreal, Central park in NYC. Oh and Chicago! What a downtown for skating. Back in the mid 90's so many people skated. It really took off. Don't really understand what happened to skating in the 2000's. But it was depressing. I didn't even skate hardly myself. The skates were getting dusty and cracked from old plastic degrading. RUclips and guys like you guys brought it alive for me again. I was shocked to find it making a comeback. My passion got lit up again and ordered new skates online. I'm in Taiwan now. For awhile there...I was in a buying frenzy. Got me 7 or 8 new pairs of high end skates, oh and I still have my Bauer pro composite hockey skates from the 90's. Had to build a new toe cup though, the old plastic one dissolved. Make it from carbon weave and resin. Still love that skate. Now at 62, the passion is still there. I’m fit though. Getting into aggressive skating is a new endeavor. Grinding or sliding on a rail is so similar to running as a kid when it was your turn to slide on the ice patch or in socks on the polished floor. Who knows when you’ll strap a pair of skates on for the last time?

I love you so much, but this is so different as old MB, I am very disappointed. Spirit is still there but with so different rollerblades it is disappointing . H Block + soul plates + mushroom style & bladers = paradise !!! Forget and forgive my opinion if you are happy with your new way to rollerblade, happiness is the most important thing in this world ;-)
