    For dough
    5 egg whites
    A pinch of salt
    8g vanilla sugar
    100g sugar
    120g flour
    1 teaspoon Baking powder
    20g cocoa
    Baking pan 24x24cm
    Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for about 30 minutes
    For cream:
    5 egg yolks
    8g vanilla sugar
    100g sugar
    80g cornstarch
    700ml milk
    200g butter
    70ml of coffee
    14 pieces of butter biscuits
    200ml milk
    400ml cream (33% fat)
    60g sugar
    1 tsp cocoa
    200g cream cheese
    100g chocolate
    100ml cream (33% fat)
