Polymorph the Monster into a small bird(now its a beast), cast Animal Messenger and have them deliver a message to someplace far away, when they are way up in the air then drop concentration on Polymorph. If they have enough hit points that the fall wont kill them, then just let them get some distance from you. Polymorph lasts for an hour, so they are about 2 miles away now...
An Enchantment Wizard who took Adept of the Black Robes can target two creatures with Split Enchantment at lv10. Metamagic Adept for Twin Spell can do this, but once a day, which is almost all you need. A combination of Arcanist's Magic Aura & Enlarge/Reduce can open the category to any Small creature and changing its type to "beast" so long as they're willing for Arcanist's Magic Aura's effect. That friendly Halfling you befriended? Convince them you're giving them a blessing (Arcanist's Magic Aura), Reduce, and then Animal Messenger, then they're off. Creature Type: Humanoid --> Beast Size: Small --> Tiny Animal Messenger checks out, no save.
