I made my own XTR Pedals. Are they any good?

    In this one I want to upgrade my Shimano PD - M520 pedals to something similar to my XTR Trail pedals. The goal of this is to prototype the mechanism of this product maybe not make a full on working product.

    They make XTRs without the platform, see the PD-M9100 compared to the PD-M9120 which is what you upgraded to. In addition, they also have the PD-M530, which is their SPD with platform at the same level as the PD-M520s that you have.
    Basically there's no correlation between spec level and whether or not there's a platform.

    Cool series! Thanks for putting this up. You could probably sell bucket loads of these if you get it dialled.

      Thanks. That means alot. I'm thinking of smashing out a whole heap of these vids and see which ones work and which don't. After all that I might do longer series where I flesh out the really good ones. Cheers
