Don't forget: Heizhou's C1 gives him normal attack speed when you switch to him. So you could get A LOT of speed with Yunjin's C6, new artifact set, weapon, and his C1.
i mean, there is a cap of 170% or 70% iirc, so it might be not necessary

@@Neloch4 the universal atk spd cap is roughly 168% no matter who it is its just everybody has an innate different attack speed because of animations. some have longer animations others have shorter ones atk spd just makes the animations happen faster not nessecarily the damage
@@fancymustache3793 I believe it's around 160-163% actually, but pretty much what you said. It's a bummer they capped it like this!
It's a little frustrating that recent 5 star weapons have such limited uses. You'd think they'd make them at least a little more universal. Signature 5 stars don't seem to be worth pulling unless you really like the featured 5 star character.
They are signature weapons after all, they're not meant to be given to other characters than the one they were designed for
At least it isn't as bad as honkai impact where the weapon pretty much makes the character, and very little option as to other weapon being used
Eg a weapon passive that only triggers on specific characters characters and can only be used as a stat stick on others
Don't worry, there will be more character releases that might benefit from certain weapons. As far as I understand, Genshin weapons doesn't really differ that much from one to another, with some obviously better than others.
Example:
- Homa & Engulfing both great for Raiden and Xiangling. But, PJS and The Catch are still solid.
- PJC & Mistsplitter are great for DPS like Ayaka, Keqing, DPS Kazuha. Xingqiu is nice with PJC and Benny can benefit from MS high base ATK.
@@azzacASTRO_ Preciously. In Honkai the DPS always needs their gear and supports need to be fully geared. There aren't any good craft able options that score good points.

With Lost Prayer, the timer is always running whether you're on or off field. You just don't get the stack unless you're on. If you happen to switch onto the character right before the timer hits 4 seconds, you'll get the stack immediately.

The thing is that the catalyst category is already stacked with very good weapons, even at lower investment. Because NA catalysts are pretty rare, this weapon seems optimal only on scaramouche. The Widsith or prayer of sacred winds are much easier to get and would probably outperform this weapon on the average onfield catalyst unit, like a driver nahida, yae or sucrose. Maybe this Bell weapon would be better than those on klee and yanfei but I'm not even sure about that.
I bet we will get more NA catalyts so yeah

Agree. Clear voice, clear instruction, funny sometimes, rarely complains and when he complains, it's warranted. Just great overall.

@@lilith2295 nah he's literally the new and improved heizou the way scara attacks faster and focuses on charge attacks + skill + burst with cc that isn't too important
I don't understand why everyone keeps saying this. The only similarities between them that i can think of is being a male anemo catalyst and kicking a ball as the elemental burst. Their fighting styles are completely different, heizou being a brawler and scara being more of a "traditional" catalyst by shooting out projectiles. Tbh i don't think they're all that similar. If the thing here is the male catalyst thing, that's still kinda dumb. It's like saying beidou is an eula test because they're both claymore users. The fact that they're both anemo doesn't matter either. Like how are mona and kokomi similar to each other at all? Same model, same weapon, same element. Exactly the same case as these two

A c4 ayato's burst can also help attack speed by 15% for 15 seconds but that would be applicable to a whales account or the lucky ones

I think it would be good on Ningguang because it says "on hits from basic attacks" and Ningguang's basic attacks fire 2 rocks, so is that 2 hits? If so then she builds stacks quicker. Also her rocks are homing, so less misses. Although it does nothing for her charged attacks, the boost to her normal attacks should be worthwhile especially since with constellations her normal rocks become AOE for potentially more normal hits?

I missed you talking about Tulaytullah's Remembrance in Mona. I see some potential there.
Using it on Heizou, myself, and I love the attack speed stack with his C1. Even if he is just driving swirls, those fast attacks definitely add up. I think I'll be running him on 2pc VV / 2pc new Anemo set, since I use Bennet/Pyro res/Noblesse for a lot of attack. Should make his skill/burst/normals all pretty strong~!

I would love to see this weapon on Ningguang, I think she'd utilize it perfectly
The attack speed buff is nice but Ningguang gets most of her damage from her Burst/Charged Attacks which makes the normal atk bonus pretty useless. And since using an elemental skill resets the damage buff, her C2 restricts the buff itself by a lot.

i put this catalyst on sucrose (i got it from trying to get redhorn) and she just destroys everything in overworld, especially if you put her with a ranged subdps like fischl. her normal attack is only level 8 and she has a 60/170 ratio with 2k atk and a broken set, but it's really strong on her especially if she has things she can swirl

We have Memory of Dust that is a great dps catalist, its just that you dont have it. 608 base and 86% attack on r1 is huge buff

What if you give the bell to an hp scaling dps (like .. dehya,) and then use retracing bolide to up their damage by 40 % ? 40% is a big increase
Idk this banner is kinda really good. I got 2 good bells in 60 pulls was trying to get redhorn that I got after 70 pulls. My wanderer and Itto are happy

pretty random story about how I got the (good) bell:
So I finished updating my genshin and I was scrolling through to see the new banner then I went to the weapon banner cus I already have Itto (who I got in my first ten pull btw) but I ran out of primos cus I was saving for other five stars so I didn't go for his weapon, so I said I would go for it on his next rerun. Fortunately 3.3 came with his rerun but Wanderer also came along and I wanted him but I still went for Itto's weapon. SO when I logged in I went to the weapon banner admired but I am saving for Ayato so I said next time, then I accidently press the 'x' button on my gaming pad instead of 'o' so I accidently did a one pull, at first I thought it was blue, I ignored, then I saw purple, I ignored again, then I saw gold and I got excited cus I was hoping it was Itto's weapon but it was the bell. *insert extreme disappointed/excited sounds* and yh, that's my story.
Also I'm completely f2p

guys i need your opinions. im new to game AR45 i have few characters. i have nahida and i know skipping wanderer to get raiden would be wiser choice. but i really like scaramouche. im in huge dilema do i skip him or not i lost last 50/50 and dont know on which banner do i use this guaranteed scara because i really like him or raiden because she is much more versatile. reply what would u do
You want him you wish for him. This is Raiden's 3rd banner and she's not better than him at c0
@@ammarnk9260 Raiden is way better than wanderer at c0. She’s one of most flexible f2p friendly units at c0 while being incredibly powerful and providing great utility.
Personally Raiden has helped me a lot and she gives teams such a huge boost. But I also like to play a character because I enjoy them. Get a character because you enjoy how they play and if they will make the game enjoyable to play. I got Raiden very early into first starting the game and she's been on my team since. With Nahida she's even better. Destroys the harder content easily but I also kinda suck at combat. So Raiden helps me there. I doubt Wanderer will be back anytime soon and if you enjoy his style then pull for him. Don't follow how others play, follow how you enjoy playing ✨
If you have windsith lying around and some wandering troupe artifact set Wanderer is more easier to build than Shogun I think because Shogun 2nd BiS weapon is locked behind fishing grind but just pull for character you like to play and enjoy it after all it's your account
Don't be a meta slave, pull for who you like.
But in my opinion Raiden is 110% worth, she's a DPS, an Hypercarry, a Support, a battery and beautiful too. She and Nahida synergize pretty good, you won't regret having them on your team.
PS: This will be Raiden's second re run so God knows when we will see her again, Scara might come before her.

its only good on Itto (his signature weapon) and Noelle since it scales on def
however since Diluc has the 3rd highest defence stat out of all the claymore users (only after those 2) its not too bad on him
