Your method isn't very reliable since it only works If the player used 60 fps himself, and he's probably using a clickbot which means he can add the clicks whenever he wants to.

I'm basing this on a lot of observations from their community posts since I'm Russian myself and keep track of that kind of stuff. I have some more evidence. In his video about the run from 46%, his clicks sound normal until the attempt before the run. I'm assuming he was playing normally and turned on the clickbot the attempt before the run to seem legit, but the clicks sound way too fake. When asked about this, he said he changed his grip on the mouse.
