Ofcourse cos Himalayan is an ADV bike not a scrambler. It's capable of offroading but for trails I do think we need taller riders or the 805mm seat , no disrespect to bulu bhai he is awesome. I am also his height only.

Can you also add , cost of ownership ( service cost ) , mandatory accessories cost (like leg guard ) ? How it will compare with BMW G310GS ? Bulu bhai is RE Scram 411 a practical vehicle in Bengaluru ? Considering 10K kms yearly running average , daily office city manoeuvring, long weekends long drive and some occasional hills and off-road OR any other options do u suggest ?
Yes. It makes sense on Bangalore as smaller front wheel makes it much easier to navigate in traffic. But if you can wait I would suggest the scram that will be based on the 450 platform. Or even better, test ride the Triumph Scrambler 400X.
