Latte ASMR ooh i also recommend HelloTalk if you want to actually get some real people conversation in the language you're learning (you do talk to strangers though so I would be a bit wary) but I use it to learn 5 of the 8 languages I'm currently learning. you can only learn 3 on one account with vip membership though

Alexandra Prelipcianu I've been having anxiety attacks recently as well, but they've all been at work when I've been over-stressed. I've never had them before. I've had panic attacks at home, but that was due to agoraphobia brought on by PTSD about a year ago and I'd panic when I had to go outside alone. This time, I'm dealing with the split of a seven year relationship and my body is obviously struggling. I'm not eating right so I'm losing weight, and haven't been sleeping, so any help with relaxing couldn't be welcomed any more.
I understand how you feel, so I hope your mood lifts and you start to feel more like yourself real soon. ❤️
