Im glad someone made this vid, these games are severely over-hated and underrated. Nice review! You weren't biased like most people who talk about this game and go over the good and the bad.

This is the first main game in the series that does not add new major characters to the over-sized roster. The flag on top of Coco's house is a reference to the Canadian flag, only with the Crash paw print instead of the maple leaf. This is a reference to that Radical Entertainment is an Canadian company. Tiny Tiger's type of species is changed in this game. In the games up to this point, Tiny was a Thylacine (aka Tasmanian Tiger). However, he was changed into a Siberian Tiger for this game. His personality was also altered. This game originally was gonna be a new reboot of the franchise however due the bad criticism the second (Mind Over Mutant) would be the last game of them.
I feel like Koala Kong should've had Tiny Tiger's role. It was missed opportunity. I mean, Tiny had Koala minions & the whole level takes place in an excavation like the Kong's boss battle. Plus, it was mentioned that Kong was based on various musclebound celebrities like Schwarzenegger and Stallone. Ironically enough, one scraped idea for Twinsanity was for Koala Kong to have a Mr. T-like voice, which Crunch ended up getting. Koala Kong being a Mike Tyson parody would be a step up from being.... nothing. As seen in Nitro Fueled they've settled on him being the Hulk, I guess... but we already have N. Brio.
Yeah I thought that would have been better too (though never noticed the too-good-to-be-true link with the minion and level theming, good point there). Plus it would have really diverged the two musclehead characters. Tiny would be more feral and childlike, like Cortex's loyal guard dog, while Kong would be a more sophisticated muscle, with a soft spoken and even slightly wimpy personality.
Dude, I just left a comment about this *exact* idea a few seconds ago, and then I scrolled down and saw this comment. It's cool to know I'm not the only one.
I disagree in what you said about the original games, but yeah, Titans is honestly a very overlooked game in the series. I wouldnt mind a new IP with Crash Of The Titans gameplay honestly...
@@Teh69thSpartan I wouldn't really consider it to be the same style of gameplay. Odyssey is a game focused on entirely on platforming and CotT is a beat-em-up game with 3d platforming to keep things fresh. Imo the genres don't match enough so I really would not consider Odyssey to be anything like CotT's gameplay. Interesting thought though, similar concepts done in very different ways.
I liked Wrath of Cortex… I think I get what they were going for with the shadow puppet intro. The first part with the rabbit was to show how Crash was a failed experiment that ended up making Cortex’s life hell. The scene with the turtle is, I think, a jump to roughly the present day. Uka uka most likely taught Neo and Nina about Mojo mutation, probably helping to create the ray gun that Neo used in that scene. The turtle represents how the process didn’t work as expected at first. But Nina then figured out what was wrong and fixed the ray gun, demonstrating it’s true power by creating the Magmadon, Battler, Ratcicle, and what looks like two unused Titans. After that, Neo took over the process to create Titans of his own design. But it also foreshadows Nina being the real main antagonist.
Tiny Tiger was (and still is now that Activision (yes, ACTIVISION, of all companies) rightfully revived the Crash Bandicoot franchise so they could make it one of the best games of the franchise along with Titans despite its nitpicks, more on that asap) an Australian character with a caveman accent! And as much as I love Crash of the Titans, I’ll have to admit, they were doing a (minor) disservice by being unfaithful towards that guy with the awkward voice and design (even by the high yet underrated standards of this game’s characters) and he could have easily been replaced by Koala Kong because his boss fight is just so similar!
This Crash Bandicoot game might be a different kind of genre of game, but it still awesome, and is One of my Top 500 - Favourite Games of All Time, and I grew up with the Naughty Dog games, but I enjoy playing this game so much.
@@kieranstark7213 The GBA and DS versions are completely different games and are not what this video is about. A separate video would have to be produced for them, rather than me padding this particular video out. I never said the Naughty Dog games are bad. I said that they are bland. Keep in mind I experienced the Naughty Dog games in full just like everyone else. I didn't refuse to give them a chance and hop on a bandwagon like the people I'm making fun of in this video do with Titans. This video is also not focused on the positive qualities of the Naughty Dog games -- it is focused on Crash of the Titans, while making comparisons to previous games where I see fit. And the Top 10 Crash Games video you are talking about is 7 years old and is not good. You can't really use the younger me as a reliable reference. Anyway, I appreciate you for watching my video. @@Fred5107TM 1. Well then, if you reviewed games like the Pac-Man World Series, then there’s a good chance you’d stick with the home console versions (which makes the reviews all the more positive, just like they need!) 2. Oh good. But then if there really is a difference between blandness and actual badness, we’d like to hear about the things you love about the ND games (Crash 1 for the PS1 to the least extent because the N-Sane Trilogy, even when comparing it to Crash 2 & 3 for the PS1 when they got their N-Sane remakes which already set the bar very high, saw improvement, especially when they decided to make Tawna Bandicoot a badass which is why she became playable in It’s About Time). I know WCOTTIAG isn’t all about good things to be said about Naughty Dog, and I respect that you may not be the biggest fan of these games, but in order to make sure people don’t think you actually think the Naughty Dog games are Barry even a 5:10 at best, I think it’s important to take the good with the bad. 3. I know how it feels to make a nearly (if not completely or over a) decade-old video. Which is why we would be more than happy to see a review-a-thon of the rest of the Crash Bandicoot games along with ExoParadigmGamer (re: Remake or Rebreak: Crash Bandicoot (PS1 Vs. N-Sane Trilogy Series) and Why Crash of the Titans is A DISGRASE TO GAMING!!! - A Whiny Bitch Gamer Rant-view), and with the latter said, I’m glad there’s people like you, AntDude and WumpaLewis giving Crash of the Titans an openly positive review for trying something new (regardless of the flaws it may have, just like even the best Crash games like the Crash 2 & 3 (& their updated version aka the N-Sane Trilogy), It’s About Time, Crash of the Titans DS and Crash Nitro Kart (its predecessor, the home console version and especially the handheld versions) even if it may not appeal to everyone, which is so unlike Sonic Forces which tried to appeal to every single part of the Sonic fandom which is exactly what else to it being a disaster, even by 2010s Sonic standards.
Correction- THIS GAME IS ADVANCED AMAZING. I grew up with this game, and is way better than Crash 4: it’s about time. I’m glad Fred made a positive review on this game. My search for a positive review of this game is over, thanks to Fred5107 :))
I think the Radical Entertainment games deserve spiritual sucessors. If they didn't have Crash Bandicoot characters slapped onto the games, then they would have started some really good franchises.
I loved this game as a kid and I still do at 16 years old. Even Mind over Mutant, which reminds me a lot like Ben 10 but with Crash Bandicoot. These games need another chance. Maybe a remaster or mechanics from the Titan games put into a future Crash game would make some Titan fans happy.
Idk I’m pretty sure the Titans and Mutant are in their own timeline, particularly cause of the intro story. But yeah I liked this game, it isn’t my favourite Crash Bandicoot game, but it has a bit of a nostalgic factor to it, and the game was fun to play even though it got a little repetitive at times.
I don’t think that The Titans games are in their own timeline, considering that the fact that one of the titans: Scorporilla, made an appearance as one of the bosses in Crash Bandicoot: On The Run.
Also, I discovered this RUclips channel around 8:25PM Monday night, Auckland New Zealand time, and I even subscribed to the channel, and liked this awesome video.

Again you did a fabulous job with describing in detail!!! I think the game is fine for what it is and as a Crash game. I don’t really agree on all of your opinions but I can see where you’re coming from with this game. And I can also agree that the character designs and the game being different is are not nor should it be a reason to bash the game. If there happens to be another Crash game soon (which I don’t doubt), I’m hoping they can do some experimenting and add some elements from this game.
Honestly, I didn't want to watch the video at first because I wasn't familiar with your channel and the length of the video from a channel I don't watch made me hesitant. But I INSTANTLY became a fan and subscribed. Not just because I agree with most of the things you say, but above all you really got in depth with every aspect of the game - and so. well. done. The way the video flows from one topic to the next made me pull out my phone (from watching on tv) and made me write this comment and want to look up your other vids. Well done. I love it and I absolutely can't WAIT to see the next 30 mins of this video. Much love & you most definitely deserve more recognition for the work you put in. ❤
Unrelated but, I wish rehydrated had an option to play & complete the original as well. TWICE THE TROPHIES! The Switch Version could've even had GCN controller supports
Titans and Mind over Mutant were my first crash games back in the day, those games has my favourite design for crash and cortex for series, its really good to see someone, give this game some love instead of blindly bashing it for being different. Can't wait for a Mind Over Mutant Review if you ever do one.
Very interesting bro. I admire what you're doing. A majority of Crash fans mainly only look at the PS1 games and Twinsanity as the "definitive" Crash Bandicoot experience. While I never played Titans or Mind over Mutant, looking back at them now, u can see that they at least TRIED to make the Bandicoot relevant. These two games aren't the worst things ever, and it's not the end of the world if someone gives a fair and positive review of it. Even Caddicarus kinda wrote this game off as "the Crash version of Sonic Boom". Always nice to see people like you who don't hold back especially with the CRASH community watching. Kinda bummed you're still in the minority with this video because a lot of people STILL hate this game, and this experiment with Crash was the final one before Crash went to Skylanders briefly, and returned with the N'Sane Trilogy, and returned again with "Its About Time", but hopefully people will have a different take on Titans after seeing this video. I know I sure will...
I'll admit: i haven't held much respect for Caddicarus ever since that giant fit he threw over Nitro-Fueled like a man-child, But Fred's quality stuff, and this vid was a 39 minutes well-spent i'd say.
@@puffythedestroyer8878 I really don't like Caddicarus and think his videos are unfunny garbage tbh. I hate how people bring up his stupid Cash Banooca meme every 5 seconds.
@@puffythedestroyer8878 I mean the problem he was complaining about was legitimate. Haven’t seen the vid in a while but I kinda like his Crash content, I don’t agree with everything he says but still.
Now that crash is under the radar to comeback (again), I would love a thorough remake of Crash of the titans and Mind over mutant. Nevertheless, the key point, where I personally think it could work out, is merging both games into one and polishing/reworking on some of the features, such as: gags, story, and gameplay.
I agree with you that Crash of the Titans is a good game, but I think you were too hard on the original trilogy in this review. Calling the ps1 games "the most bland in tge series" is a huge misnomer. Naughty Dog got as much character as they could out of those games with the PlayStation, they have some of the best animation on the platform. You don't have to attack the original Crash games to make your point that CoTT is good. CoTT wouldn't even exist without the success of that original trilogy. I enjoyed CoTT when I first played it back in middle school, and I still enjoy it for what it is, but I also enjoy the originals for almost entirely different reasons. You say that no one was saying that CoTT should be the standard for Crash Bandicoot going forward, but that's exactly what Activision was doing when they released the game. I don't blame them for trying something different, the gaming industry at large was going through some huge growing pains during that time, but ultimately their attempts to make Crash "more interesting" didn't pay off and that's why Crash Bandicoot went dormant for nearly a decade. Again, I don't hate CoTT, but there's a reason that the series returned to the gameplay style of the ps1 games. They're just DAMN good games for the platforming genre, whereas if you want a good beat 'em game there are arguably better options than CoTT.
It's fine for you to feel that way, but here are a few clarifications. 1. Spyro the Dragon released on PlayStation as well, and I would argue that has way more personality. I wasn't arguing against animations, or saying that its flaws make Titans good, but that the characters themselves aren't that great, and the gameplay is extremely limited (which also isn't the case with Spyro). Although, Clancy Brown's Cortex is great. 2. Activision did not publish Crash of the Titans, Sierra did. The game also sold well and received a sequel. The game was an experiment with more modern game design, as releasing a game like Crash 1-3 in 2007 may have failed. This is why Radical focused on new ideas. Relying on nostalgia in the long term would be Crash's downfall. 3. The original trilogy are not bad games, but they are considered by the general public as the definitive games in the series, which I disagree with. It also doesn't mean I don't play and enjoy the original games. I have nostalgia for them as well, but it is completely disregarded in this video. Thank you for watching my video and leaving your thoughts. I appreciate it.
@@Fred5107TM while your 2014 top 10 crash videos did NOT age well, along with your opinion that changed over the years of the games you played, would still you remake of the same video BUT a better version of the video with more expressive and valid opinions, along with better executed jokes?
I'm probably the biggest crash fan girl in Brazil and even I like this game. But, as a kid... I wanted nothing to do with it! There was a huge hiatus by the time I was in my teens and I gave this game a try at age 16 after rejecting it back when I was 11. I like this game, gameplay wise, it's better than mind over mutant. The crash humour from twinsanity is still there, the controversial designs are strange, especially uka uka and tiny. However, ignoring that, the game is fun to play and has an entertaining story.
I absolutely love this game. Such good gameplay and level design. The only things I really do hate about Titans is the character redesigns (I genuinely think they are laughably bad to this day) and the generic childish comedy in the cutscenes. The comedy wasn't funny to me as a 9 year old either (I even prefered Twinsanity's adult humor which I couldn't even understand most of at the time), and the character redesigns (at least Aku Aku, Uka Uka and Tiny) might be the worst I've seen and overall just completely unnecessary. If they wanted to remake every single aspect of Crash Bandicoot, I do think they should've just made a new series. Otherwise it's like making a linear story game and calling it GTA, of course that's gonna piss people off, what did they expect? I only think the REdesigns of already existing characters were bad however. The titans had amazing design, each unique with clever names and combinations of existing animals. Overall, this game is great, and the hate it got was only like 1% deserved. Sad that the overwhelming majority of people couldn't see the amount of love that was put into this. 22:45 Nice one. That would certainly add a bit of extra spice to the game to say the least. IMO Titans is a solid 8/10, which is higher than I'd give most other Crash Bandicoot games. The only ones I think are better and/or more fun to play are Warped and Twinsanity. Great review, I agree with almost everything!
Good review! I agreed with allot with what you had to say about Titans. I think it's a fun beat em' up plattformer and it's personaly one of my favorite games in the series. I strongly disagree with what you had to say about the orignal trilogy though. Those games are anything but bland to me and I don't think they're overrated at all. They're classics that still hold up to this day imo
@@Fredrik_64 bruh if you die once you can't get the gems. But hey if you still love the OG crash 1, or the original Trilogy, that's great, but just don't pretend they're perfect, because they ain't. The N'Sane Trilogy is the way to go at least for me
@@TheMightyEmerald I never pretended that the OG Crash 1 is perfect. I just think the poor saving system, and the if you die once you won't be able to obtain the gem thing are big enough flaws to make the game not good or not worth playing. I do think the N Sane version is probably the superior way to play the game, but that dosen't make the OG Crash 1 bad in retrospect in my opinion.
@@TheMightyEmerald No game in the world is perfect, and while you make a solid point with the gems, that doesnt ruin the game for me. Is not as bad as Crash 4 in that regard. Graphically for me still looks stunning and the gameplay aged better than other platformers of that time.
I feel the same way about the Star Wars prequels in terms of the shallow arguments against them and the same regurgitated shit they heard from a RUclips video over 12 years ago. It’s the same case here or with licensed games like SpongeBob. People go into these movies and games like Titans looking for things to criticize instead of with an open mind. The same can be said for modern SpongeBob too. It’s really idiotic
I have never played Titans but i did play its sequel, Mind Over Mutant, growing up, and I really liked it. I do like (and also grew up with) the Naughty Dog-era games and Twinsanity too, but I never got the hate for the Radical-era stuff.
Played this and mind over mutant as a kid, I liked mind over mutant more but this one is also awesome. I am so glad you talked about the art style. Some of the concept art for these games is absolutely beautiful
Great review. I would consider the Titans games as Crash spinoffs. Kinda like how Paper Mario, Mario & Luigi, and Mario vs Donkey Kong aren't cannon to the main line Mario games. It's ok to dislike this game for the gameplay but saying that it's an abomination is like saying Paper Mario shouldn't exist because it doesn't play like Super Mario Bros on NES. If this game ever does get a remake, then I recommend them to add time trials and gems (for breaking all boxes). Maybe even earn a gem for collecting a certain amount of mojo in each level (kinda like how you gotta collect wumpa fruit for the gems in Crash 4). 13 year old me used to go back and replay levels just to collect mojo and watch that counter go up to infinity, I think I was at 2 trillion mojo. I don't have the game anymore unfortunately, I was forced to give away my PS2 to my cousins in South America. Thankfully I still have my Wii, so I can always rebuy this game. Speaking of Crash 4, what are you're thoughts on that game? I know it's a hard game but I did enjoy playing as Dingodile and Cortex plus World 2 is based off of the construction area from Titans
i played this game a lot, i still play it on my Wii its insane how many people dont love the game, for me i personally thought it was going to be the new future of the Crash. its not and thats okay, but i would kill to see new game of crash like this, or a remake OMG... and i dont really like the newest games of crash 1-4 played them, but its just platformer, idk i really like this experiment as a game and I WOULD REALLY LOVEEEE TO SEE MORE OF THIS PLEASE SOMEONE LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!
i think its safe to say crash of the titans and so are a different timeline from the original trilogy or a different universe hence the different origin story.
For Crash bandicoot’s design, I will ALWAYS choose the Titans design over his design from Skylanders academy, along with his design from Imaginators too. :)
I remember playing Titans on Wii for the first time when i was only 9 and i remember liking it alot! Unfortunately there was a time when i begun hating the game just cus others said it was bad, eventually i warmed more up too. I lost my wii disc for the game and have to replay the PSP version on an emulator to replay the game
If I could just pick one favourite version of Crash of the Titans, it would have to be the Wii version (I know I already stated how underrated I know for a fact that this game is, so to put it simply, Crash of the Titans Wii is the best of the best, the X360, PS2 and phone versions come very close to being the best)
Sadly, it’s one of the most overlooked Crash Bandicoot games (Crash of the Titans for seventh-gen home consoles (yes, that also includes the PS2 version because it pretty much lasted throughout the entireties of the generations eras of gaming between the fifth and eighth from the 2000s - early 2010s when it was just there with only so little games considering it’s age, unless the eighth Gen home consoles turn out the longest-running consoles since the PS2 as of the late turn of the 2030s) and the DS are underrated in different ways. The console version because of all the negativity surrounding it and the DS version because despite having the best of both worlds (the gameplay styles of CotT for home consoles and Crash Bandicoot 1, 2, 3 & 4 which I also love with a passion (let alone the N-Sane version of CB1 compared to thr PS1 version and with the inclusion of the REAL CB4 aka It’s About Time as opposed to The Wrath of Cortex which I find a mixed bag).
I loved this addition to the series. I too am a naughty dog fan but I always saw each installment a new experience and new designs. I played it on ps2 slim and I thought the tattoos were pretty cool. Something a bit flashy but not excessive. The gameplay was enjoyable but also frustrating. But that's only bc I was learning how to play games the intended and not intended way. Foodchains were a bit repetitive and some attacks/combos were suffocating. Some move sets could of used more work to make the combat a bit more flexible. Mind over Mutants improved on that adding hidden combos that improved speed while adding counter attacks
Amazing video, I agree with everything you said. The PS2 and Wii versions are indubitably the best versions. Would love to see a video similar to this one with Mind Over Mutant (talking about the good and bad parts about the game).
I’m waiting for “Why Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant is a Disappointment” as well (yes, I know there are people out there in the comment section that actually like what many claim to be the worst game in the franchise (and therefore one of the worst games of all time, yes, I think it really got THAT much hate), even when comparing it to other Crash games with widespread negative opinions like Wrath of Cortex, Crash Purple/Spyro Orange, Crash Tag Team Racing, Crash Boom Bang and yes, EVEN CRASH OF THE TITANS WHICH IS SOMETHING COMPARED TO MIND OVER MUTANT, which I would give credit where it’s due while highlighting why nostalgia doesn’t save this game).
You said it perfectly, Fred. Titans is, without question, one of the most underrated games in the entire series and is easily in my top 3 Crash games of all time. It was by far the most innovative game in the series for its time, and I feel like Radical Entertainment just put so much love and passion into the game. Heck, its main mechanics and gimmick of controlling enemies even seem to have inpsired that of Super Mario Odyssey. so as a fan of both series, I find that LIT!
Does anyone know what artstyle this game is. The backdrops of this and mind over mutant are breathtaking. Any games with a similar artstyle much appreciated
Y’know, to be honest. I don’t really care if I’m either the naughty dog fan of crash or this one at all really. I just love crash the way he is even between major changes he’s been through.
I agree with most things you said in this video, changing to the character design is not a ligaments reason to say this game is bad, it's a decent and fun game I enjoyed it for the most part while it's still one of the lowest points in the series.
The silhouette animation at the beginning is not supposed to be a 100% literal depiction the events of this game or the previous games, hence the extremely stylized visuals and no dialogue. It's purpose is to tell you that Crash is a mutant created by Cortex, but completely different to the titans created after Nina fiddles with the raygun. It also tells you Nina will be a major villain this time around.
Then it was a strange choice to do that, they could have showed Crash being put in the ‘Evolvo Ray’ and the ‘Cortex Vortex’. Could have been done better and the thing confused me as a younger kid.
@Fred1507, I Have Requests Of More Video Game Reviews . The Requests Are: 1. SpongeBob: Truth Or Square, 2. SpongeBob: Underpants Slam , 3. Crash Twinsanity, 4. Crash Bandicoot The Wrath Of Cortex, 5. Crash 2: Cortex Strikes Again, 6. Crash 3: Warped And 7. Spyro: A Hero Tale
I’m not saying that this game is bad, but...I’m gonna need radical entertainment to explain the character redesigns, also I might, MIGHT play this game, I’m not sure if i wanna play this game Edit: so I played both Crash of the titans and Mind over mutant for the Xbox 360, and I say there Great but not a Great Crash Game

@@mayoboi0120 the reason i mentioned mario odyssey was due to the concept alone. Couldn't help but be reminded of CotT through
I liked Wrath of Cortex…
I think I get what they were going for with the shadow puppet intro.
Only problem I have with tiny is that he was supposed to be a Tasmanian tiger but in crash of the titans he's a regular tiger for some reason
This review is god tier.
Literally thank you for this.
I’ve been trying to stress this for years that this game is an under appreciated gem.
The kid me was blown away playing through this and I was like: The series is mixing it up a little, nice.
This review is god-tier because it does rightfully address all its pros and cons (mostly pros).
My controversial opinions are spicy.
@@Fred5107TM 1. Well then, if you reviewed games like the Pac-Man World Series, then there’s a good chance you’d stick with the home console versions (which makes the reviews all the more positive, just like they need!)
@@kieranstark7213 You didn't have to edit out what you said in your previous message. I appreciate your perspective -- feel free to express yourself.

Correction- THIS GAME IS ADVANCED AMAZING. I grew up with this game, and is way better than Crash 4: it’s about time. I’m glad Fred made a positive review on this game. My search for a positive review of this game is over, thanks to Fred5107 :))
Using Crash's aerial spin on the minions' heads never gets old for me. The sound effect and their dialogue is timeless.
This makes me really proud that I had the Wii version.
On another note it's kinda odd when Crash tries something new the fans says it's the worst thing ever, but when Mario does that it's the opposite.

I always liked this game and never understood why ppl ragged on it so much
I was literally watching your videos and I'm glad that you are back
Honestly, I didn't want to watch the video at first because I wasn't familiar with your channel and the length of the video from a channel I don't watch made me hesitant.
When I was a kid, me and my siblings loved this game and Mind Over Mutant
I'll admit: i haven't held much respect for Caddicarus ever since that giant fit he threw over Nitro-Fueled like a man-child,
But Fred's quality stuff, and this vid was a 39 minutes well-spent i'd say.

Solid review man.
I'm a original Crash-gamer & CotT+CMoM is actually my 2 favourite games in the entire series followed by CNK then C3.
Having played this a lot on my psp, you can still break the lockers in ep 11. You just gotta be really reaaaaallly persistent with it.
Well, TWoC was the only Crash game on home-consoles that had the same formula as the originals... Until Crash 4 happened, of course.
I've always thought the character designs in this game were really cool, just different.
I haven't played this game in a decade, I remember loving it.
I love this game i still play it today on ps2
The king is back, and with a bang, a crash video is the goat
Garfield of the Titans
Now that crash is under the radar to comeback (again), I would love a thorough remake of Crash of the titans and Mind over mutant. Nevertheless, the key point, where I personally think it could work out, is merging both games into one and polishing/reworking on some of the features, such as: gags, story, and gameplay.
I recently just put this and MoM on a USB on Ps2 and I’m playing it to see if it’s good.
Thanks for giving my favorite Crash game the review it deserves

Good review! I agreed with allot with what you had to say about Titans. I think it's a fun beat em' up plattformer and it's personaly one of my favorite games in the series. I strongly disagree with what you had to say about the orignal trilogy though. Those games are anything but bland to me and I don't think they're overrated at all. They're classics that still hold up to this day imo
Not the original Crash 1 lmao
@@TheMightyEmerald I still think the OG Crash 1 holds up 🤷
@@Fredrik_64 bruh if you die once you can't get the gems.

Never thought I'd see someone who also listened to Crash of the Titans OST LOL. First and third track go hard.
Tbh seeing all the changes this would’ve been better as a reboot

For the classic crash fans, I suggest the DS version. It has crystals, bonus areas, the works.
i played this game a lot, i still play it on my Wii its insane how many people dont love the game, for me i personally thought it was going to be the new future of the Crash. its not and thats okay, but i would kill to see new game of crash like this, or a remake OMG... and i dont really like the newest games of crash 1-4 played them, but its just platformer, idk i really like this experiment as a game and I WOULD REALLY LOVEEEE TO SEE MORE OF THIS PLEASE SOMEONE LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!
i think its safe to say crash of the titans and so are a different timeline from the original trilogy or a different universe hence the different origin story.
You should definitely review It's About Time!
Out of the games I feel like MoM deserves some of the hate it gets, but it has some good
You're ALIVE!? And with a 40 MINUTE VIDEO!?
This is wondrous news indeed!

For Crash bandicoot’s design, I will ALWAYS choose the Titans design over his design from Skylanders academy, along with his design from Imaginators too. :)
His CoTT design was flawlessly translated into CotR, imo.
do mind over mutant next, this is a super solid review
@@kieranstark7213 I'm surprised the DS version wasn't mentioned it's largely different from consoles but its pretty solid for a DS game
I had fun with these games tbr, my cousin had it for the wii and I found it fun af.
I don't care what Caddicarus says about Titans, Mind Over Mutant, Tag Team Racing and Wrath Of Cortex, those games were good.
Good return AND a good review! :))

I love this game. It provides new, fresh ideas to the franchise and it gives me good vibes. I also like the Soundtrack in the forest levels
I agree with most things you said in this video, changing to the character design is not a ligaments reason to say this game is bad, it's a decent and fun game I enjoyed it for the most part while it's still one of the lowest points in the series.
quick question: Will you review Mind Over Mutant sometime in the future?
The silhouette animation at the beginning is not supposed to be a 100% literal depiction the events of this game or the previous games, hence the extremely stylized visuals and no dialogue. It's purpose is to tell you that Crash is a mutant created by Cortex, but completely different to the titans created after Nina fiddles with the raygun. It also tells you Nina will be a major villain this time around.
Then it was a strange choice to do that, they could have showed Crash being put in the ‘Evolvo Ray’ and the ‘Cortex Vortex’. Could have been done better and the thing confused me as a younger kid.
