Sibbes is extremely devotional. He had a stutter, so he used short sentences. He can say a lot in very few words. Manton is just so solid and steady. Absolutely brilliant!
I am blown away this is like my dream library, I pray that God will bless you in all those books you read and that you are edified and grow from them. I have a few books Luis Berkohfs systematic, Thomas Watsons A Body of Practical Divinity (Highly recommended he is like the pinnacle of puritans), on the trinity by st Augustine, Petrus Van Mastrich, and a few other books like mere Christianity and confessions and what not. The reformed tradition is the light again from the early church. We are blessed to be part of this, let’s make it know around the world. The truth of biblical theology is my passion and zeal. Out of all the churchs, the glory of Christ is most upheld through us!!
