@@miltones81 that's really pretentious. A song's popularity doesn't diminish its quality, nor does a song's obscurity enhances its quality. I'd honestly rather the song blow up so that FTP can continue making good music like this.
I put this song on my PowerPoint project and I have to present it when I get back to school from Labor Day. My class is about to learn what true music is.
He’s not going to, he probably didn’t want to do blood sacrifices. Look up the meaning of a blood bath and why so many performers have this in their videos. Call it what you want has one
I barely discovered this song like a few months ago. I'm a big fan so not sure how I missed it but damn second half of this song gives me chills! I want to dance my ass off and just feel this amazing music! 🎶 😆🤘💥💥💥🎶
After 5 years, I just now realized broken jaw is about him being unable to say something he is supposed to, because of his broken jaw... this song is still a gem damn
His facial expressions are great. His physical expression is great. It shows just how /into/ it he is, and there is nothing more pure than that a musician can do.
It's so awesome how at the end he is totally worn out yet he still puts so much effort into and gets everything right, rather than giving up and skipping a few lyrics.
Some truly talented dudes. I remember hearing about them when nobody knew who they were and its so great to see the success they are receiving now. It is for sure well deserved.

C'est dingue qu'un groupe comme Foster the People si peu diffusé en France me fasse autant d'effet c'est comme une drogue solitaire que je partage seule je me passe pas d'une semaine sans les écouter
Vraiment pas mal je te remercie. Si tu as l'occasion essaye "how to dress well - words I don't remember" ou bien pour un petit cocorico : Sarh - sailing with lost souls (c'est beaucoup plus électro par contre).
Seriously, this band is awesome. You hardly ever hear a group play as well live as the stuff they record in a studio (because it has been F**ked with). Kudos for getting famous by being talented!!
@chardonnaeevans The two of them travel with Mark, Mark and Cubby when they go on tour.. Sean Cimino (guitar, keyboard, synthesizer, and backing vocals) and Isom Innis (keyboard, synthesizer, piano, maracas, percussion, and backing vocals)
music video idea - Mark, being the protagonist, is captured by some mafia or w.e... he starts having hallucinations and starts seeing the love of his life (some girl). he's being beaten down, tortured, you name it. The scenes keep switching from him being tortured to him being w the girl. He starts seeing himself running towards the girl but can't get to her. during the instrumental break of this song, there are scenes of him getting married to this chick, etc. then when he gets to her, she starts running away from him. When the bridge begins, he talks to her and says "you're perfect, my love"... then when he screams "I don't know" she's disappearing/falls off the cliff. the end is him being held against his will, to only find out that he's just mentally deranged/traumatized. I THOUGHT OF THIS WHEN I FIRST HEARD THIS SONG 5 YEARS AGO OK
for a live performance this is so fucking great.
I'm still in love
+mu sha I love your profile pic!
RYBATUGA and i love yours :)
this hit is great for a studio performance, doing this live is phenomenal
hey I got the same profile pic
Honestly this is their best song. Why is it not hyped as much as Don't Stop (Color On The Walls) at least? It needs a music video its so freaking good
a video would be sick!!!
@spellthemagicword you're exactly right
Lol no, man, I wouldn't hate this song if everyone else likes it
spellthemagicword i haven been listening this song since i was 12 in 2012 and nobody knows this song and i prefer to Stay like that

Awesome how Mark Foster is able to sing the high & low notes in the song. FOSTER CLASS!
My favorite part of the video is seeing Isom playing on the single drum, He's really jammin!
I thought that was Pontius
This performance needs to be mastered and on an album. This is one of my favorite performances period. Absolutely powerful
AM I only one still listening this for 8 years ???
Not alone. It keeps bringing me back like a mcfrickin cinnamon roll at 4 am.
4 years time stamp
so much better then the studio version in my opinion
Agree!!
Yes
Studio version of 38 Special's songs were good, but Live-In Concert, they suck. In my opinion.
