It's a stupid question, I know, but of the numerous videos I've watched on the new Equinox EV, I haven't seen a single car with Armor All on the tires. Why? Don't you ever put any when you wash a car? Is it because you want those black mags to stand out more? Or maybe it's a US thing? You don't like Armor All? I'm in Canada. When professionals wash cars here, Armor All is always applied. It's automatic. Thanks By the way, I have ordered mine recently. Definitely buying one (or leasing).
They must be saving $$. Honestly dealers don't apply tire shine until they sell it or if they are on display in the showroom. It's sunny and rains here often in Florida so it would be washed away.
@@MattTheCarguywhy do you need a frunk? No ICE vehicle has a frunk anyway. Like I said, that extra space is under the trunk's floor. I would be very annoyed to have to open the hood all the time.
@@MattTheCarguy are you gonna choose a car for the frunk, or I've seen some reject the Equinox for lack of Apple Car Play. It's absolutely absurd. 🙄 But as you say, to each his own.
@@SciD1 for sure, its only good or bad by comparison and if the competition offers it than they have advantage. Take what's important to YOU and if a vehicle offers it and you like it than go for it. EV does not fit my lifestyle so I am out. Interesting vehicle nevertheless.
Bare in mind this vehicle is not burning fuels of course any type of cars take resources and pollutions are crated but the fun part fuel costing is no more an issue
@@Richard.Tremblayno fuel? Electricity has to come from somewhere. I think about 25% of electricity in US comes from rebewable sources, plus what about the batteries? They cannot be recycled at the end of its life and most likely will end up in landfills. Not to mentions resources used to produce them are much higher than combustion engine. As I said in the video, I am not against EVs, juat don't believe they are the solution for climate crisis. Plus for many including myself who drive 30k plus miles per year are not an option. Until charging is done in less than 15 minutes.
Don’t take me wrong all Cars are pollution contributing no matter what source to move they used. We need something for transport goods and travel at least and if millions of consumers buy electric cars that fit for theire needs it will be a win. Electrical demands are forcing gov to add renewable source of energies and this is the good thing about electrification of transport. On my side , I think it’s too late atmospheric pollution will kill us if not when all earth resources will be used we like dinosaurs disappear to leave place to another civilization.
Exactly the ev I was hoping & aiming for ☝🏼
You are in luck because there are plenty of them on dealer lots now. And they are dealing!
Good review Matt & I heard I buy this 1 day.
Of course!
Brilliant review Matt.
Thanks!
@@MattTheCarguyNo problem Matt.
Thanks!
Welcome!👋

If only the affordable one was actually a option!
Eventually!
The frunk is under the trunk's floor.
Frunk stands for Front Trunk. How can it be in the rear?

@@SciD1 to each their own. There is not much space in the rear for cargo so anything extra would be useful. Teslas have it as well as some other EVs.

This is the anti salesman, he tells you all the bad things he can find!😅 must have a side gig at BP or shell😅
Well, maybe because I dont sell them or work for a dealership. These are my opinions, not infuenced by $$ like some.
