Try Changing your usb lightning cable I am sure most of your errors will be removed and then restore with iTunes makes sure the cable has no bent or turns because also it may Show you error 9

I wasn't aware of 3uTools beforehand, and was able to use it to successfully get one iPad 4 that kept getting an 'Error (-1)' to finally get through the firmware reset process. However, I have another, identical iPad 4 that gets stuck at 80% / Baseband like the one you show in the video... I'm curious, how do you get the 3uTools software to attempt 'Updating baseband...' multiple times (as happens in your video)? Mine never makes it to the 'Savage' part; instead, it fails once and then crashes out completely: 15:05:07.296: ERROR: device didn't accept BasebandData 15:05:07.350: ERROR: Unable to successfully restore device 15:05:27.852: Failed to restore device(-1) If you have any other ideas to try before relegating this once previous device to the dustbin, let me know.
