This video chronicles every "Glitch Productions" opening logo / ident that was made for their original, indie-produced web cartoons. You can find these in the beginning of most of their episodes.

I know i forgot some logo variations, so i will probably include them in an updated video when Gaslight District gets its own intro variation :P
Yeah I know but imagine if Glitch Productions made an intro variation every month based on holidays it would be cool with a different holiday themed background music while the logo has different changes that's themed around seasonal holidays.

The new intro music is WAAY! better! It sounds less like generic electronic music and actually fits the vibe of the shows
Ikr! i liked the old intro and the music just fine. But this new intro and the music is an upgrade i would say.

@@TimotejSmreka If I’m right they changed the logo during a second redesign of a few characters from SMG4, so it probably was a might as well decision from Luke and Kevin or the whole Glitch team to refresh the channel.

Oh man, the nostalgia hits on those first couple of intros! Maybe I'm biased, but the old jingle was perfect and I could never stop hearing it... and also never get it out of my head too lol!

They went from making shows off of smg4 characters to original chars
Tari was always supposed to be for meta runner, they just put her in smg4 to make more people know about meta runner, or at least I think that’s how it happened. Sorry if I’m wrong but I think I heard that from one of those smg4 story time videos.

I don't know why I prefer the old opening to the new one, because the old opening music is more addictive than the new one.
God, the music from opening 2024 is perfect. It's like a kind of gaming vibe or something.

I liked the old intro and the music alot but the new intro and the music is an upgrade i would say. I just like it alot more then the old one imo.

Meta runner is the best show of glitch/smg4 (in my opinion) i still miss it :(
Glitch and SMG4 has really evolved a lot. SMG4 was basically just a meme fest, and meta runner was KIND more emotional, but now SMG4 gives, in the words of boopkins in WOTFI 2022, “all the arcs give me depression”, and Murder Drones and The Amazing Digital Cercus are just content bangers.

Pretty sure that Jack saw the new intro only because that's when there's Digital Circus and he has not reacted to a single Murder Drones, Meta Runner and Sunset Paradise videos (because that trio is more unpopular than Digital Circus).

Fun fact. The beginning of the intro ( 0:23 for example) where the letters spell out Glitch, those letters were actually using the font of the future logo. (Well, kinda.. The font used in the present logo has been slightly modified)

I remember the old glitch intro, its better than the news ones in my opinion.
I personally prefer the previous jingle. The animation though, biggest glow up.

I always see glitch still grow up than i expected and this one is change and i still see
I understand why intros are kinda series specific but u would prefer if the intros just included all of their iconic characters like having Tari at the start, than Murder Drones, than Digital circus to represent Glitch as a whole instead of just one specific series.
Just my humble opinion. I don’t want Tari to be forgotten.
