I would say start with flavorful meaty things like bulgogi, marinated beef/pork, and he’ll like spam dishes as well, even though it’s not that healthy 😂 and see if he’ll eat kimbap, super easy to make and you can add things he likes like ham and cheese! all of Korean snacks are yummy but Choco pie is probably kids favorite 😁

Those sausages look like meat sausages you can get in China - they also come in this supposedly easy to open plastic skin and the texture looks similar, just like paste pressed into sausage. As a German I found them really weird and didn't like the taste at all, but I guess I was just too used to German sausages and how they're spiced.
