I am 48 years old, have five investment properties in trusts with low LVRs and a gross yield higher than my present income, and want to make sure that when I retire, I have a "opportunity fund" that doesn't drastically deplete my other reserves. I want to take on as much debt as possible.
I work full time and earn over £280,000 year under the CFA *Leah* *Alderman* *Foster* names. Those with greater wealth would either have a different structure or would have purchased the majority of their shares prior to the banks royal commission because the loan buffers are absurd. The problems that the banks caused in the past are being paid for by us.
It is the other currency in euros. The multinational commercial banks are the source of them. Sometimes they are referred to as "red dollars". The majority of money is produced by private banks, not the Fed. The only debt that can be funded by Fed money is government debt.
I contemplated purchasing a Nike at $90. I'm so happy I decided against buying it or putting up an autoship! I found your CFA impressive when I checked her up, and the significant price decrease makes it even more enticing than it was! The same applies to Starbucks.
That's becoming too self promoting, Ravi. I understand you are making free videos to sell your business, that's absolutely fine. But I think there is not much knowledge shared in the past few videos and most of them are just explicit ads for your business. It's smart, don't get me wrong, but the initial purpose of the channel is fading away. My 2 cents
Your most likely OG follower of Ravi, as am I and I feel the same way, the juicy info were both looking for is literally in the service he is promoting 😅 at some point we just gotta make that move
Borrowing Capacity With Ravi. Yes pls make that video, bro. Love your ideas and guidance. You are an inspiration. Keep up the great work. Looking forward
I have 5 and I earn 300k a year and all in my name and I am maxed out on capacity. Those that have more would have a different structure or purchased the bulk before the banking royal commission as the buffers on loans are outrageous. The banks caused the problems in the past and we pay for it .
As I run towards retirement in the next few years, I'm 48 with 5 investment properties in trusts, low LVR's and a gross yield greater than my current income, I am seeking every bit of debt I can get - not necessarily to use it all but to ensure I have an "opportunity fund" in retirement that doesnt take big chunks away from my other reserves.
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!

I prepare to hedge any funds I own with 2X/3X etf. My prediction is just that-a prediction, based only on mental images and not yet coming to pass.
@@AdamWright8fool that was a weird copy and paste of my post 🤔

Agree
greed written all over his face
Stop hating. He is adding value through education. He is not making you buy anything if you don’t want to.
@@thebodyweightjourney4403 There's very little education in this video

@2:49 No you are wrong, it literally says 18.89% of investors have 2 propertyies. Why did you say 89% hold 2 properties? the 71% only hold 1
Yes, and the only types of people who can afford to buy 2+ investment properties are doctors and neurosurgeons or CEOs.
Yes that was very confusing.
