Cheapest? But what about the crime rate? Can you drink the water?
this is tottally bull, no where near the cheapest cities in world, think you need to get out more, and travel the world, 50 cents, for pack cigs in phils, 50 cents thailand too and thats just to start with,
yes TOTALLY BULL,,, they say #1 cheapest city, $2000 rent, LOL...
Should I trust someone who doesn't realize that 'most' and 'cheapest' are both superlative adjectives?
Mumbai is the cheapest city to live in, here you get everything cheaper in prices when you buy it after bargaining and visiting more shops,
for eg if u buy a sandwich from ur main food eatery, it will be only for 25 Rs,
but if the same product was purchased in the neighbouring posh locality it will be 60 -70 Rs,
Mumbai is the city where one can have a meal for less than 50 cents, who can travel by train for thirty miles for just 20 cents,
where the rich has luxury cars, jets, yatchs, villas, propertys etc,
even other Indian city's are also cheap to live in compared to other nations,
But I felt like the prices are way too much high.
Video Uploader is a Pakistani
😂😂😂
once you convert prices to dollars, you double the price of everything, cause the dollar is worth nothing now. so everything once coverted to dollars is double the price.
kochi(india, kerala) cheap, can study the life, and will have good driving skills.
Well, that's it, I'm moving to Lusaka, Zambia.
Russiangamer33 I was joking, LOL. Thanks for the concern!
lol, you can keep all those cities. no thanks!!!!
This video should be called cheapest war-torn, economically unstable and overcrowded cities to live in.
faustino mendoza lol war torn?? Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi have never faced wars they were not attacked even during world wars u idiot..
True information.
Nope it's not. I am not from Mumbai but I want there once and I felt like it's way too much costly.
in Bangalore 1 liter is 50 rs

1000 dollars a year to rent 2 bedroom house, in pampanga manila. yes that is right per YEAR. 4000 pesos a month, can even get for 1500pesos a month
That is correct love from Philippines.
the cheap things depending on your currency especially Euro and Dollar
Who in their right mind would want to move to those cities!
pack of cigs as of today, 63 cents, in cebu philllipinnes and manila and manila and cebu and perfectly good cities to live in,
mumbai might be cheaper to an westerner but its the costliest city in india..with parts of mumbai having rent as high as US $ 1000 or more excluding bills for a 2 bedroom apartment.
dextor0000 yes agree
I am considering moving to India - which city/cities/districts would you recommend for moderate conveniences and low costs?
Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, NCR (delhi) these 4 cities are where more than 90 % of the expats live.
Mumbai - best for business and jobs but most expensive and you need a car as i don't think any westerner can use trains on a daily basis...minimum
rent for a 2 bhk flat at least 800 $ in an area close to airport.
Bangalore - also very international and relatively cheaper with good weather and good for IT jobs and salary is also high
NCR - very good infrastructure as its the capital,, much cheaper than
Mumbai, when it comes to rent and food and all service, amenities,
government office available.
Pune - very good for IT jobs, educational institutes and weather is better and less crowded than Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore but more value for money. can find an apartment in a good locality (2BHK) for under US $ 500/month.
I think Pune is best as its closer to Mumbai, more affordable and lesser crime.
Cities like Indore, Ahmadabad, Nagpur, Chandigarh, vizag, Goa (state) are more relaxed and with $ 700/month/person should be enough to live lavishly
in these cities but opportunities are a lot less.
very very cheapest is Singapore . number 3
i was in lusaka zambia for more than one year and the place is very expensive compaired to any city in asia. comperatively uganda is much more cheaper to live in african region.Renting a 2 bhk flat in luska is minimum $600
Don't for get Pyong Pang North Korea 3 bedroom cabin at the work camp $2500, and the Don't North Pole..3 bedroowm igloo $2600/month..what was this the most expensive places you'd never want to live anyways? 1/2 the cities were war torn.
add egypt to the list
Tripoli-Libya
Honestly speaking as an Indian I've to say only Mumbai is best city in India it has the potential to compete in world platform other than that other city have lot of things to catch up. There are 85+ billionaires in India but sadly still the country is not developed rich people don't give a damm about their own country and people here this is where other country differs
hyderabad india chepest 3 bed room individual house is 6000 100 usd aprox in a posh area and loaf of bread is 20 rupee thts .30 usa and wine 5 dolar and petrol 1usd
The list should have been the other way around... Caracas should be 1st

By livable it should list how much you need to live their comfortably not how much cigars cost, because I could care less, not how much bread cost, I could care less, not how much wine cost, I could care less too. I can tell you are not from America and probably from a poor city to begin with because you are listed stuff that's sold in places like India... -_-
