- Hate the fact that the flywheels drown out the firing sound? Well here is the way to solve that problem. I have made this video specifically for YOU to use as a guideline on modding your nerf M41A so that you can pull the main trigger without having to activate the flywheels, allowing you to hear that awesome firing sound! I hope this helps you marine.
The gun looks sick also it very annoying when the trigger doesn't activate it when u just simply press it so im glad u made this video

Great way to allow the sound effects to be heard! Another modder said cautiously adding some silicone grease to the pusher mechanism can quiet it a bit, making it even easier to hear the sound effects. But too much silicone grease can gum up the pusher gears, so if you do this, be careful.
Thanks for the advice! I won’t be able to add any grease into mine as I’ve already sealed it up but tbh the clicking from the mechanism doesn’t bother me really :)

Good mod. Been thinking if there is a way to add a switch to the pusher motor so you can “disable” it when you just want sound
Thanks for the comment. As it happens there’s no need to add any other switches. Just a screwdriver, a sharp knife and sandpaper is what you need :)
Also how do you make the ammo counter to go up to 95 like in the film?
@@jasongradyphstiger6179 the buttons next to the ammo counter are what do that. Top one makes the numbers go higher, press once to increase by 1, hold for it to go higher faster, will go all the way to 99. The lower button decreases the number all the way down to zero :) please note though that if your batteries run out or are removed, it will reset it all back to the original 10

Have you filled in the screwholes?

If I was more confident, I'd give that a try. But this was my first custom job, so I think I'll leave it as is in case I mess the whole thing up lol@@Ascension-Angel
