Got a Mustang Micro thrown into the deal when I bought my Fender HSS Player Strat. I absolutely love it. I can practice in relative silence any time of the day or night. Thought it was a gimmick when I got it but found out it’s really brilliant. 👍

@@revolve830 I’ve only been playing for 10 months (so this is a newbie opinion) but I’ve found it holds tune really well and the humbucker at the bridge has been really useful to sort-of match the sound I need on some songs. Only problem I’ve had is getting comfortable with its shape. I feel a bit bunched up - I’m 6’4” and 240lbs. My dreadnought acoustic feels big enough but the Strat feels a bit small. But I love the Strat. For a made in Mexico It seems very well built to me.

Yea I would say the mustang micro was a perfect investment for me. Over a year now and it still works. I can even use it through an amp with the right Aux cable and I get added effect and features to my cheap 99$ amp. It makes it about 300$ with the mustang micro hooked up to it. Green is my favorite color to play on.

All great have-to-haves! I can vouch for Taylor Sense and the Mustang Micro. When the Mrs is watching her Hallmark Christmas movies, the Micro, my Strat, and headphones can maintain full diplomacy. Can we get the Beacon with a cork screw, sissors, and a nail file?

Hi Cooper, another awesome video, thank you! A video that I don’t think you guys have done that would be really appreciated is: who is a Tele for (most likely) vs. who is a strat for?
I know that Teles have that country music association, but then Jimmy Page used one. I’m looking to buy one of the two, but I primarily play acoustic - so I’m not sure which suits me best or the key factoring differences. I’ve played both but feel I’m not well versed enough to know which one. I’d love to see that video get made, I’ve loved all the strat vs strat and tele vs tele comparisons you guys have done.
Also sorry if it’s one you’ve done already that I just can’t find digging around in the channels history. 😂

Taylor Sense: for me, they don't work. I had one installed, and it didn't work. It was replaced twice by a certified Taylor Guitar technician. Still doesn't work. When it did give a reading, it only worked within 16 feet of the guitar case: not everywhere. I struggled with Taylor for 5 months to get a resolution, but none yet.
Mustang micro for an *acoustic* guitar??!?!! Guitar will be immutably loud by itself. 😂😂
