Back in the day, in my circle of friends, and a few others, Nugget wasn't used in just terms of gold!

Put a cozy (a foam wrap to keep a canned drink cold) on the snuffer bottle and keep the tweezers in the gap between the cozy and the bottle. Thanks for the video Pauly and welcome to your photographer!
A cozy is a good idea. I use a hair tie, and hook one side of the tweezers in it.
Only problem with a cozy is it would float away. But the idea of having a wrap around the Snuffer bottle it's a good one velcro maybe perhaps even weighted. Bright orange or yellow so he can always see it.

No matter what method you use, I enjoy joining in on the adventures 🎉
Tweezers: Epoxy a rare earth magnet to the inside of your suit sleeve, at the back of your forearm. And one mag to a pair of bright pink painted tweezers.
Get a pair of 8" surgical forceps and tuck then into the gauntlet of your gloves. They'll pick up those hard to reach flakes and nuggets. Maybe a piece of string to secure it to your wrist!

Great video, no fluff just the stuff. Mercury no bueno, acid bath might be an option to remove it but that can of worms might just hop outta the frying pan and end up in the fire.
You know those retractable keychains janitors use? Get you one of those and put your tweezers on it and then you have a retractable lanyard for your tweezers.

So, this has probably been mentioned before, but have you ever thought of using mesh bags and filling them with rocks instead of packing in the extra weight? Also a magnetic wrist band to keep your tweezers handy.

Nice 1 bud. I know we don't want to play with Mercury but sometimes it's a necessity. Just good to know how to handle it. 👍⚒️🏴
Get a pair of hematite pliers. It's a medical plier that clamps blood vessels or veins during surgery. You can get them fairly cheap online. I use them for removing fish hooks deep in the fishes throat. The best part about it is I clipped them to my shirt and then they are always there when I need them. So you could clip them to your wetsuit
I hope you bring bear spray, some grizzlies are ok if there's no cubs around but big males can be really aggresive

Nice haul Paulie 👍. Get a stocking leg and put it over the end of a vacuum cleaner tube without the attachment and suck up any spills like that. Cheers 🍻
Have ya tried retractable gear. Go to any fishing supply store and get a retractable ring set. Then attach your tweezers to your gear. No problems. Do it with most anything you would carry (Snuffer Bottle! I know you lost at least one.) You could even hook it to the hooka system vs to your person ... if you don't want to be so encumbered.

I would have kept that ball of mercury, it likely had gold in it. I have found them where they were nearly solid gold.
