We can know "when" we are on God's prophetic calendar. It is written in the book of 2nd Esdras. I've only met Bobby once but immediately after meeting him in 1998 he gave me a word that I, sadly, dismissed at the time because it didn't have any bearing on my life at the time. It, however, came 100% true 15 years later. It was a pretty specific word about the entire course of my career (non-ministry) that actually happened and is still happening. I had completely forgotten about this word until I came across my journal from that year.
