It almost brings a tear to my eye to see the real In Flames live again. I hope someday some festival offers them huge money to do Jesters Race in its entirety again.

Great upload! I've been searching for videos of this era (until 2002) for some time. I was fortunate enough to attend the concert in Montreal in 2002 (where Pinball Map + Colony were recorded). Would have definitely liked to have known about them sooner and have seen them earlier.

It was June 2000. I and other metalhead friends were impatiently waiting for the release of Colony album. It was something super exiciting for us back in those days, because In Flames was our hero for its Jester Race and Whoracle during late 90s. And the big day came.. they released the Colony album and even after 24 years I still remember my huge disappointment and anger towards them. After that day I've never listened to an In Flames album other than JR and Whoracle. Thanks God, the spirit returned and they came up with the Foregone after almost 27 years. It's like coming across with your love of childhood. Still loving you guys, we trust IN FLAMES!
You stop listening to them for 22 years and act like you're a fan? Doesn't sound like you trust them at all if you didn't give the other albums even a listen.
It's fine to not like everything they (or any other band) has done, but a 20+ year listening hiatus doesn't constitute a fan on this planet.

I won't say that this is the real In Flames, I think In Flames dramatically changed after Sounds of a Playground fading, up to that album I've pretty much enjoyed every single track of each album. In addition, if you want proof that albums post-Clayman ain't shit there are live performances up to 2009 ( I mention 2009 since it's Jesper's last year ) which are what Anders used to call "heavy pounding music".
I sometimes get upset thinking how this sound and atmosphere will never be recreated.
