Noticed the abundance of cottages and "luxury homes" up in French River Provincial Park. I just spent one week up there and some amazing sites.. and sights! Great videos btw.
I don't know if any one has mentioned it but you guys are groovy. I really enjoy the way you work together. Oh it's a lovely video as well & I think you made a wise decision. Brian 76
Another fine trip. Really enjoyed the lining sequence with Amy filming and giggling while the work was being done. the staple pulling... not so enjoyable. Keep on paddling!
Most portages in the Park are pretty easy, there is a lot of elevation change on some of them, but none are super bad and none are super long. Not sure about cart paths.
tsocanuck the gem of the Ontario Canoeing area would be Algonquin Provincial Park. There are some many rivers and lakes that you could find a good area to Canoe and camp all over the province.
Great video mate. Enjoyed watching. Take care and stay safe.

Thanks Brian I am glad you enjoyed. When you both love the outdoors like we do it is easy to get along.
Cool trip. But seriously.... You pulled staple out while in the bush???? Lol, think I would have waited one more day...

Looks like a fantastic place. How strenuous are the portages? I have an aluminium Grumman and a portage cart. Doable?
