      No one gives advices for people who are working or studying or are professionals.
      Imagine a civil servant or a surgeon or any IT professional or equity researcher...does these kind of people have the bandwidth to make poha and go for work.
      I rush to office everyday just with a cup of coffee/tea.

      Milk me milane se usaka anti oxidant nhi khatm hota. Accha hi hai, tea calcium ke absorption me badha dalta hai. Thoda milk hone se usaki poorti ho jati hai.

      @@gamesong6600 you know nothing....milk neutralizes the antioxidants and binds to polyphenols making them ineffective.Thats the reason black tea is healthier .black tea has tannins which is healthier for your gums as well.
      But yes it inhibits iron absorption in body , so we shouldnt have tea with food .there should be some gap.

      Also avoid too much carbohydrates. Because it converts into sugar. For an exam one slice bread has 6g carbohydrates and it converts 6g sugar.

    Just to clarify, Carbs aren’t important in your diet. The only carbs which are essential are the carbs from Fiber (veggies). Look up keto diet on RUclips.

    Sugar 0, tea 0, medaa 0,bread 0 aur water after waking 400ml 2.5l per day. Fruit juice, pizza, burger homemade but still i have food allergy.😅

    Jo bhi khao kam khao ek civil insan ki tarah. Active raho, time se so jao. Bas bahut simple hai. Jyada pani pina bhi theek nhi, aapke body me electrolytes kam ho jayenge. Jo bahut jaroori hai sare functioning ke liye.
    To apna susu check karte rahiye jab tak dark yellow na ho pani ki kami nhi hai

    1. Food intake body ke need ke basis honi chahiye, greed ke basis pe nahi.
    2. Avoid dairy products. Milk bachho ke lye hota hai. Aur gai ka doodh bachre ke liye....khud ke swarth ke liye jaanwaro par atyachaar bandh karo.
    3. Agar mitti aur plant chemical khaayega, toh insaan ko medicine ke naam pe zahar toh khana padhega...it's called punishment given by nature.
    4. Khana calculated nahi controlled hona chahiye...
    5. Jitni health aur fitness ki baat insaan body ko leke karta hai, uska 10% mind ke health pe dhyan de toh, body aur mind ka sahi se use hoga achhe karm ke liye...warna body fit ho ya unhealthy, karna kya hai uska? RUclips chalane ke lye??😂😂
