@@gamesong6600 you know nothing....milk neutralizes the antioxidants and binds to polyphenols making them ineffective.Thats the reason black tea is healthier .black tea has tannins which is healthier for your gums as well. But yes it inhibits iron absorption in body , so we shouldnt have tea with food .there should be some gap.
