Capital FM streams, but only for people in the UK. You can get around that. When it asks for your local UK postal code, enter a london postal code like WC2H 7LA. You should then get the stream.
Chris talks about Paul Turner on his last Radio 1 breakfast show. In short, Chris found Paul's advert in a radio trade magazine, called him up for a demo tape whilst working at Radio Aire, West Yorkshire. Calling up Chris was surprised to speak to Paul in person and got sent a tape. After creating a jingle for the station, Chris used the blank side of his given tape, which was heard by Chris' boss who wanted to hear more of Paul. Chris called up thinking he would be lost in the names of clients but Paul remembered him because he was (at the time) the only person outside the US using him. Paul has been the voice over for each of Chris' shows for years and continues to be on Radio X.

Paul the American talk over man sure has been around for a while with Chris.
I think Howard Stern uses him also, which could explain why Chris uses him.

This version is like a decent rock/alternative radio station now it's just a shitty pop radio station for people who don't know proper music!
